checked in after 9pm. we were very thirsty and tired but there were no complimentary water. called around for some water but front desk told me i have to wait till room service opens in the morning 6am. we had to go out searching for drinking water. we were getting cold stomach from very thin blanket. thermostat was not working and cold air was blowing out from heating/cooling unit with really loud noise all night long. there was no extra blanket in the room and the service was closed for the night. next night it was blowing out hot air boiling us alive getting us sick. finally they sent someone and he had to replace the whole thing. i've never seen any hotel this bad.

Great price, great location. Old hotel but it's got what you need (except a fridge). Free parking. Good beds. Nice folks. A bit smokey downstairs but that happens in this town. Housekeeping nice. $5 roulette, huge poker room. Irish restaurant across the street is great. same with cafe across the other street.

We stay at the Orleans every year and this year was the worst. We went as a big group with friends and family so we had 10 rooms. 7/10 rooms found bed bugs and had bites. About 1 am there was a loud noise and then a weird burning smell in our room. Security came and looked around and just told us to go back to bed. There was mold around our bath tub as well. When booking there was no mention about construction in the hotel we didn’t find out until we went to our room so it was loud and smelled really bad.

This hotel is very dirty rooms have problems with hot water and the pillowes are terrible as wellas no blankets on the bed. The peaple were nice but they are not happy with the management according to the employees i talked to.
