Excellent bang for your buck!

Checked out of a very nasty hotel and booked this one at the last minute. What a treat! Fast and friendly valet, easy kiosk check in, lots of staff available for assistance, carpets were clean. Even though it's a smoking casino it did not smell like smoke. Excellent food! And great coffee and pastries in the morning. This is huge! Beautiful room with sofa and side chair and table. Beautiful beds and so comfortable. The room was bigger than the average hotel room. Large bathroom with plenty of room for hanging clothes. I could easily live there! LOL! No refrigerator though. Overall I love this hotel.

Our stay was okay. Would’ve rated it higher if our view was actually a pool view as stated when booked not just window that faced the pool. Tub drain was super slow. It filled up quite a bit when taking a shower. And the ventilation down in the Casino could definitely be better. But the customer service was great, especially the gal that helped us when checking in on the kiosk.

NO COFFEE POTS, REFRIGERATORS, OR MICROWAVES IN THE ROOMS, FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES WERE UNINFORMED ABOUT PROCEDURES. RESTAURANTS WERE VERY LIMITED AND NOT GOOD AT ALL, THE CAFE AND THE ASIAN RESTAURANT ARE THE ONLY TWO PLACES WORTH EATING AT. I WILL NEVER ATTEND ANOTHER EVENT AT THE ORLEANS
