Stayed there 5 nights. Told front desk staff on the first and second morning the sink in the bathroom was very very slow to drain and the bathtub was not much better. Room was NOT cleaned once during my stay. Had to request new towels 2 times during my stay.

An ADA option for the rooms would be a much better option - but they either don' t have any or didn't offer on the website. Smoke in the casino was overwhelming so just walked through on our way in/out

I lived in Vegas right on the Strip for 8 years or so and out of every casino The Orleans was and is arguably my all-time favorite spot to kick it. Out here now staying here for work stuff and they have awesome rooms, wonderful Staff across the board especially the SO NICE Housekeeping Team and a ton of great spots to grab eats. Lunch hotdogs in the sports book here is 100% a Vegas ritual for me.
