The best thing about this hotel is the pool area with its large pool, cabanas, wall with a beautiful waterfall, large jacuzzi and nice bar with good drinks. The fitness center is a good size with treadmills, stair masters, ellipticals, weights, etc. I wanted a massage but the spa was closed Monday through Wednesday.

We have been staying at The Orleans for years & have always enjoyed it but unfortunately the hotel is beginning to show signs of wear. The carpet in our room was sticky in spots, light bulb was burned out in the bathroom/shower area, outlet for hairdryer did not work, stains on comforter plus no coffee pot and also they’ve done away with the shuttle service. I doubt we will be back after this visit.

I’ll choose better next time
The lady at the front desk with the blonde hair was extremely rude. Not sure if she was sleepy or hospitality isn’t her forte but it was unnecessary and unappreciated. Lighting in the room needs improvement. The water pressure in the shower was great but the water sprayed everywhere even with the curtain completely closed. The AC worked well enough for the room not to be hot and stuffy but not cool. The outlets on the lamps were super loose so charging electronics was a joke
