For a very dated property, they really do need to improve their service and general attitude to their guests. First and foremost, DON’T stay there right now during their remodeling. I didn’t see it when I made the reservation and Bal at the front desk could care less. She did make sure she knew that “legally” they did offer to move me which was more annoying to contemplate. The rooms are old and basic. For $27 what do I expect? With the bogus resort fee they still get their money and they always “forget” to give the $15 food credit we get as Expedia platinum. The real truth is that they hate when people book third party and wish I just gave the money to them, they charged a 39$ fee to check in early that another guest told me would be waived if I didn’t use Expedia. Nevertheless I was Born and raised in Vegas and stay at this place because they do have a really good poker room and tournaments. Their player rewards are also terrible. Boyd should take a real look at this place.
