This hotel is clean and in good condition. The location is convenient to the strip, but feels a little shady - that might be Vegas in general. I’ve never in my life had to call the front desk over neighbors, but the people next to us were arguing during the evening and again at 5:30am so I called them. When I called again at 7 am because it sounded like someone was being beaten, the front desk said there hadn’t been any disturbances noted when they checked it out the first time. Between that and the planes and sirens going off all night, it was not restful. If I had to do it again (hopefully not) I would pay for parking/transportation and stay far away from the strip.

Stayed for one night..through expedia i booked a room with two beds. It cost a small amount more. When i arrived to check in, i was informed that they were sold out of double beds and asked if a king would be ok. It was fine but i want the extra charge zoff my account. It was only $5. But it was the principle. The desk clerk gave me parking in exchange. So it was ok. The place was super clean and the breakfast was not to shabby The area around is ok but its vegas.

The rooms were very nice and clean, all of the common areas were also very clean. The breakfast was great and always stocked even when it was busy, staff were great at keeping everything refilled and ready to go. Convenient location to walk to the strip and/or get on the tram at the MGM Grand, while it the lot for the hotel was clean and seemed safe some of the surrounding area was not great, but you are in Vegas. The heating for the pool was not working and when we used the hot tub it was obviously not fully functioning either which was a disappointment to the kids, it looked like it would be a great area.

Very clean facility. Unfortunately, it is next door to a seedy Motel 6. I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, but the hotel does not provide a shuttle. An uber will run you around $20 just to go 2 miles. It is within walking distance to MGM, New York New York and several other places.
