Staff definitely needs more, if not way more training in the area of cutesy, communication skills, greater knowledge of customer history and appreciation. My history of stay with family at this property dates back to approximately 9yrs, and to haven’t been treated the way I was by Mr BOB (security) on the morning of my check out, is totally unwanted. His reason being that, according to his boss, there’s no extension of stay. As it turned out, I had no reason to extend my stay whatsoever.

The pool and the hot tub were lovely. The facilities in the room were really nice. The couch was a little bit uncomfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The only complaint is that it was a timeshare property, so we were a little bit pressured into attending a presentation the following morning. We were not expecting that when we reserved our room through hilton.com.

Loved that the place was spacious and had a full kitchen. The best was awful. Also I had called before I booked the room to confirm the gym hours, the woman on the phone said the gym was open 24 hours but when we got there we were told gym hours are 5am - 10pm. We were pretty bummed about this

I love this property, it was very spacious, clean, quiet, very close to the alligant where we was going to the Concert at that Saturday. This property is off the strip, but close to the strip at the same time, the staff very friendly, great parking. I will be staying at Hilton Vacation Club Desert Retreat Las Vegas again and will tell everyone about it.

If you have been to Vegas, and done the strip thing, which everyone should do at least once, then this place is for your subsequent trips. Private, unassuming, fully loaded condo with everything a home away from home should have. Close to everything, yet without the hustle and bustle of the strip, or even an off-strip property. I found it by chance, having passed in front of countless times, and never noticing it as a place to potentially stay. Well, now I know. When we come to Vegas, this place is it from now on.
