Our stay was unfortunately not what we expected. Although our room was located on the 36th floor, we could clearly hear outside noise throughout the night, including traffic and emergency vehicles, as well as frequent noise from the hallway. It made it very difficult to rest. We also discovered the bed sheets were not clean. By the time this was noticed, housekeeping services had already closed, and we were informed replacement linens would come at an additional cost, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. We specifically chose this hotel because we were traveling with young children and the pool and lazy river were major factors in our decision. Unfortunately, the lazy river was not operating during our stay, and the pool hours were extremely limited, which was a significant disappointment for our kids. The only amenity they were really able to enjoy was the jacuzzi, which they did love, but it did not make up for the rest of the experience. The only positive aspect was the location. Being close to Topgolf and having convenient transportation options was appreciated, but overall the stay did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or value.

The room was good but there was damage on floors, cabinets and diswasher was not working right and rack was rusted. Staff was nice. Valet was awesome! Im not a picky person but i was very happy with everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay. Didn't get instructions when i checked in on what to do with trash or anything. Recycling wasn't offered. Place was beautiful. Kinda bummed didn't get to take the golf cart for a ride...lol...im happy we stayed at the signature. No regrets.

Room was great! View was amazing (slightly obstructed by Hilton and PH but still BREATHTAKING). Jacuzzi tub was probably the best I've ever used, including actual hot tubs. Little bit of a walk to get anywhere but not terrible. Fell in love with the room and Las Vegas !

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. NO amenities in bathroom. Two sinks and only ONE soap dispenser. No lotion, no shower cap, nothing else. Kitchen was pretty well equipped except that there was no kettle to heat water.

We received the room with broken pullout bed/couch. They say free valley parking, but believe me, after first three nights they asked us to park 20-30 minutes away from our building as nothing was available due to owner occupancy. It's better to stay with hotel which charges parking rather than falling for free parking, and regret later. Don't fall for the details mentioned on the website. Room was good, but with broken pullout bed, no proper blanket, no housekeeping.

Staff and service were great. The room had a broken picture frame, a broken cup, and toaster. I was contacted by the hotel after my stay asking for payment for the picture frame, $350. As always, take pictures of your room and report everything multiple times.

Great location, walking distance to everything in Vegas. However to the property owner of room 3314, you need to urgently fix the main shower drainage- shower is unusable- water cloth up badly, the sewer smell that comes up is horrible. This info was given at check out. Carpet needs deep cleaning.
