Yes the place is very nice we had a small issue with 1 of the rooms but the issue was sloved within minutes so yes great staff,grest rooms after all it is VEGAS SO THIS IS EXPECTED AND THEY DELIVERED

Well, i’ve been to Vegas many times and I always wanted to stay at Caesar’s Palace. The first day was OK, even though their slot machines are extremely tight and I don’t believe that they meet the qualifications of the Nevada board. I decided to eat in their food court at Guy Fieri’s chicken sandwich joint and within two hours, I had food poisoning and spent the next two days in my room with severe diarrhea and throwing up I called the front desk in which I was informed that there was nothing that they could do and that they might call me back, which they never did. I also did not agree with the resort charges of I want to say nearly $70 a night for amenities that I never even saw. I was extremely disappointed. I also smelled cigarette smoke in my room constantly.

Staff was excellent, property and food options were great. I shouldve reserved ahead of time for the buffet. My only complaint was there was definitely bed bugs in the room I stayed in. I sent information to guest relation to hopefully clean the bed for the next guest.
