It’s vegas what can you say. Just pack good shoes because you are going to be a lot of walking. The good inexpensive deals handed out through the discount sites mean you are down the back of the hotel and that means long long long walks to get to anything.

Nothing is free or complimentary! The coffee pods are charged as a set of 4, even if you use only one. The bar fridge automatically charges your room if you lift anything for 30 seconds! Read the price list before you open anything to see you you'll have to pay for it. The bed heads and lights over the beds had a thick layer of dust on them. A coffee pod was left in the coffee maker by the previous guests and I was charged for it. They did take it off after I told them. When checking out the guy was rude. GOOD: a $20 meal/drinks voucher per day, massive spacious room and INCREDIBLE view of the strip and Eiffel Tower. I was in the Augustus wing.

Never again

So many hidden fees. On check in I had to pay a $39 resort fee and was never told what it included. When I worked out it was for the use of the gym/pool and internet it was almost too late to use any of it. Meanwhile the pool wasnt even open for use and the internet was slow. The gym was good but why would I go to Vegas to just go to the gym. Internet should have been included in the ridiculously expensive amount charged per night to stay. Only 1 small light and no powerpoints worked in the room so I had to wait til sunrise to open the blinds to see what I was doing.

Nice hotel, bad policy

Pros: The ambience and location were good
Cons: Some coffee to go with the coffee machine. The housemaid told us we could get coffee at the casino The policy of extra charges to the room
Location: Good location in the middle of "the strip". Plenty of activities including shows, and the Bellagio fountains nearby
The suite was roomy and comfortable. Our view was of air conditioning units on the adjoining building. There was a coffee machine and cups but no coffee supplied. The internet did not work for us. On check out we found an extra $50 plus added to our bill though we had used no facilities.Apparently there is a charge for OPENING the mini bar (which we had done to look for coffee, milk etc.) The internet did not work as there had been a space added to our name. The staff reduced the extra charge to $20.

Horrible check in process

Our stay as a whole was excellent, we had a great time, however the check in process was a total nightmare! We arrived on the last flight into Vegas - arriving around midnight along with many others. The line up to check in was a total joke, and with only 1 person serving at the desk and the average check in time per person was taking anywhere from 15-20mins we waited in line for OVER 3.5 HOURS! We didn't end up getting to bed until 5am, after a long haul flight we weren't super impressed. The lady at the desk was lovely and was doing her best, but this highlighted a huge opportunity in their staffing for a busy Friday night.

Great Hotel, arrogant service.

Pros: Its a beautiful hotel, great pool facilities.
Cons: Customer Service
I was over in Vegas recently for my Bachelor party. I had booked two rooms, with two queens in each, as there was 4 guys staying in the rooms. When I checked in, the guy was rude, arrogant, told me that there were no rooms available with two queens and that we would have to share a king bed. I mentioned that I had paid extra to get the additional beds, he said there was nothing he could do. He said if it was such an issue why don't I just pay extra for a penthouse, or can't I afford it!?

Ceasars Jack Hammer

During my recent stay at Ceasars Palace I was extremely disappointed by the construction noise that infiltrated my room. I arrived after midnight and went to sleep. At 9am I was sleeping in my room when construction began on the floor above. A jackhammer was being used and it woke me up. The noise was too much. I called and asked to be shifted, which I was. This was ok, however the following morning, in the second room, the same thing occurred with construction again, directly above my room. Surely a casino and complex this large is smart enough to close down more rooms during renovations. I won't be back.
