We didn’t spend much time in the room or use services. But the room was very comfortable and clean. Best hotel bed I’ve slept on I think. We were able to make the room nice and dark for sleep and it was surprisingly quiet the whole stay!

I decided to start my evening with a refreshing shower and bath, but I was surprised to find the shower in need of attention. A bundle of hair clogged the drain holes, and the room didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Thankfully, I had tied my hair up in a bun, so I didn't need to wash it. However, I did notice dust and stray hairs around the bathtub, which I made a mental note to address. This experience motivated me to take charge of my space and ensure it meets my standards. My husband and I we’re disgusting.

Who ever responsible to clean room 3365 on December 5th. Should be fired, very lazy worker.

Only there 1 night. Room is very dark, the black carpet had visible spots, the shower smelled very sketchy, like not clean. The body wash dispenser was out. I turned on the 1 of several lamps and the entire base is broke off at the light bulb inside the lamp. Glad I didn't get shocked. Then... only to find exact same problem at lamp at bedside. I was to tired to call and report as it was getting later. Plus side is Starbucks was really close to room. Got a real good deal for 1 night on Expedia, but I would never pay $$$ for the old outdated place.
