Awesome place to stay. This is our second time here and I will definitely come back. They need a better way for guests to get back into the hotel after you leave. You have to wait in a line.

We stayed 3 nights over a weekend and loved this property. It's fresh, vibrant, beautiful, sexy. The rooms have little luxurious touches and are big and beautiful. An empty fridge a plus. The pool is great but loud but we didn't mind too much. We were on 30th floor pool view, we could hear the bass from the music from Freemont st. and pool but we use a sound machine so it didn't bother us. You step outside onto Freemont street which is fun to walk. would recommend this to people who are in Vegas to have fun but also stay in a fabulous place.

Nice Stay Downtown

Loved being downtown versus the strip. Lots of restaurants within walking distance not associated with casinos. Pool could use some umbrellas for shade.

They made the stay wonderful by upgrading our room and giving us free champagne vouchers. Staff was super friendly, hotel and room were phenomenal. Super clean all around. Would definitely stay again.

Our trip just started off bad at the circa. Check in time is at 3 PM. We got there about 10 minutes before three to see if our room was ready. She told us that for $100 a night we could upgrade to a room that was ready. Seemed like a bit of a sales scam to me.She told us it was not ready yet, but would be shortly and they would text us when it was ready to check in. So at 4 o’clock we went back to the front desk. Again she told us the room was not ready. We checked again at five and told us the room was not ready after I complained. She said “ Oh, it looks like it’s ready now.” The staff did not seem to be very caring nor offer any solutions. If we pay for a room that starts check-in at three we should have it by three. The next day, made service did not even show up at our room.Very disappointing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was very nice. Other staff were accommodating.

Really don’t have any complaints which is rare for hotel/resort. Easy quick check-in, no wait for elevators, clean, room was comfortable, loved the shower. Quick room service when we needed an iron. No hallway noise or slamming doors. We were on 30th floor with pool view… music was constant but not enough that it kept us up. I would recommend this resort.
