Checking in you didn’t fulfill the room that we have booked well in advance. We had family members with us who have back problems and sleeping on a pullout was a big issue. Despite booking a specific room with two beds so that our family could be accommodated we arrived well ahead of check-in time. Tried to use the kiosk to check in which told us our room was not ready which was fine. We continued to check the app and then finally kept getting an error message so we had to wait in the check-in line for over an hour just to be told that they did not have any more rooms for us with the double beds and we will be put in a king bed with a pullout couch. This was extremely inconvenient for the individuals we were traveling with as some of them are older and cannot sleep on a pull out couch. They did not care at all that we were inconvenienced and that we had booked a specific type of room for specific family members they told us there was nothing they could do. They were extremely rude. The desk worker said how do you think my day is going look at the line behind you. I don’t know the point of booking a specific type of room if you’re not going to get it. Hotels.com tried to do what they could to put in a request but they ignored that as well. The customer service at this hotel was terrible. We ended up needing another blanket and waited well over an hour for it later at night so everyone just waited to go to sleep until they could get it.

The room was not very clean, Front desk staff was very Rude. We were gambling for 3 days then on the fourth they told us we had to become a member to get drinks are you serious. The line to become a member was around the corner. The food court was terrible, and everything closed early except for Chicken wings. This used to be my go-to place never again. Every time we left the room to go on the elevator trash was overflowing
