I booked a Remodeled 2 Queens Suite – High Floor Strip View, but was given an old, unremodeled room that did not match my reservation. To make things worse, I was initially given a room number that does not even exist, which caused me to walk nearly an hour around the hotel carrying two suitcases. Staff showed little accountability, no apology, and promised to follow up to change the room but never did. Very poor experience and not worth the price.
