Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived our room was hot and the air conditioner was broken. We put in the automated ticket via phone and they never showed up. 1 hr later I had to go downstairs to check in to wait in line to then be told they called facilities and they are on their way. 45 minutes later-no show. Went down again. Waited in line again. Told yeah we called, oh here is a food and beverage credit to help. Eventually facilities came and said they fixed it. It wasn’t. Well after 4 hrs since arrived and having to have my boyfriend bring my daughter down who was pink and sweaty from just sitting in the room, they eventually offered a different room after telling us they were sold out but had “inventory.” Finally got to bed at midnight after getting to the new room and getting that room cool enough. Checked in at 430pm and went to bed with two toddlers after midnight. Thanks Rio.
