I would rate this hotel 1 star. I would never recommend it to other guests. They charge a resort fee that I was never told about that is quite expensive. Quite rich considering half of the services the fee is supposed to cover was out to maintenance including the main pool, 2 slides, bbq areas, spas. Also on multiple occasions we called for support from front desk and repeatedly told they would send it up only to never do it or come knocking in the middle of the night. On 2 occasions we asked for our room to be cleaned this was also not done.
