We normally stay at the Wynn/Encore, but we met friends down in Vegas staying at the Linq so booked there against our better judgement. My wife and I had one word consistently come up during our stay: ghetto. 1. Poor security — the room key reader in the elevator was disabled and anybody could access any floor of the hotel anytime. Unsafe and dangerous. 2. Awful dealers on the casino floor. Not at all personable, social or interactive in any way. If I’m going to lose money I want to have fun doing it. Linq dealers provided no inducement to want to gamble there. Many wore masks and you couldn’t understand a word they said on the rare occasion they would speak. 3. Room was like a motel 6 room with a lovely view of the hotel parkade. Loud A/C, no dresser or credenza for storage, dim lighting. Closet was a curtain blocking off some shelves, drawer, fridge and safe. Bathroom door not lockable providing poor privacy. Bare bones accommodations. Bottom line: I will not return to the Linq.

We’ve stayed here since this used to be Imperial Palace and was very happy then. This is the first time we stayed here when this became The LINQ and was a bit disappointed. The parking charges for every time you go in and out was crazy. We don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Not Happy.

We found it very hard to sleep because the air conditioning was very loud, in Australia all hotels supply tea and coffee facilities in the room and a small fridge is always supplied, the $50 a day fee for the wifi and use of pool was excessive.

I loved it here we come every single time back to this hotel. It has great facilities. I always get city view rooms The room has everything you need, just no water boiler for coffee or tea in the morning. It does have a fridge.
