Rooms were clean, check in staff was welcoming. The only bad thing I experienced was really bad cocktail waitress service. Was gambling for a long time and was only able to get one drink for a waitress and she was so rude

Our flight was cancelled and when we arrived Victor was on it! He had us a king room within the hour, clean, with a lovely view of the pool. This is the second time we’ve stayed and the staff has been exceptional each time. We’ll be back for sure!
