Staff not supportive. I had booked the room for 2 nights because I was arriving at 7:00am, so booked it for the night before so I would be guaranteed to have a room. As advised I called the hotel the day before and told them I would have a late arrival and explained situation. They said they would make a note of it. The next day before I left I called again and spoke to hotel and they advised me to call Expedia which I did and when I called them they said my room would be held and not cancelled. When arrived at the hotel at 7:00 am the head person at the desk said my room had been cancelled at 2:00am but they did have a room available. That all rooms if no shows are cancelled at 2:00am no matter what. That she did not make the rules. She was not customer friendly. She could have presented the situation in a more friendly way. For example “I am so sorry for the misunderstanding but don’t worry we have a room available for you…”. She did wave my resort fee for that night like she was doing me a big favor! I will not book through Expedia ever again! Will book through hotel directly.

bem localizado, bom quarto. vista p piscina e roda gigante. mas não tem muitas opções de comer (rápido) dentro (café). acaba indo ao redor. mas preço compensa. uma pena ainda ter resort fee pq não oferece nada ale do quarto.

Overall this was fine for a night. We didn’t realize it wasn’t non smoking and that was bothersome. There was some mold in the bathroom, but overall things did feel clean. We stayed on the side with a strip view and it is extremely noisy.

Easy web/kiosk check-in no need to see someone at registration. But, morning housekeeping staff was very noisy 8-830am every morning. Their stock room next to elevators where my room was. I can understand guest being noisy in the hallways but staff waking me up every morning of my stay was unacceptable.
