the phone did not work. I expended a tub from what I booked the pool and hot tub were closed for the season and that was not parking is over priced a call girl approached me when I was sitting at a slot machine

The room felt dark and dingy. Mold between sink and counter and rust near shower edge. Check in staff was nice. Elevators were dirty and flooring torn. Outside of elevators needs painting

Room was decent but having a mini fridge would be great. Bed and pillows were not comfortable for me but everyone is different and some may be fine with them. There was a constant off putting oder in our room and the area in general so most likely not the hotels fault. Would probably be a good idea to figure out what is causing it. For the money and locating it is a good deal.

Courteous and friendly staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Hand soap and lotion in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Many restaurants on property and many more online.

Our room wasn’t ready and it took over two hours from 12am till 2 am before they were able to put us in a room. We were only staying one night and we didn’t even get to get whole night. And I was still charged 100 dollars.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Disappointed in the shower size and the view. The fridge was not cold and i couldn't figure out how to turn it on or chane the temperatures. No coffees pot. Extremely limited handicap exits. Only one door leading to the outside had automatic doors and they led to the valet area which is enclosed and cannot get anywhere except for the parking garage. ani you to a closed off area with no access

We chose to stay here to commemorate my husband's birthday. The location and room were satisfactory. Although there were a few disappointments, we did not allow them to hinder our enjoyment. The website indicated that there were beverage and meal rewards for a two or three-night stay. Our stay was three nights. When we inquired at the front desk, the staff member seemed confused. While we were there, the advertisement appeared on the screen, and we pointed it out, to which she replied that our room was not yet ready and mentioned that as a rewards member with a Salute to Service reward card, we were exempt from valet charges. We were already aware of that; however, we were interested in the $300 or $400 beverage and meal package. The following morning, when we checked the closet, we discovered some unclean underwear and socks. I encountered the cleaning staff and informed her of the situation; she mentioned it was her second day and was unsure how to proceed, suggesting I contact the front desk. This was peculiar, so I called the front desk, and they sent security, which was even more unusual. When security arrived, we showed them the items, and they inquired why the cleaning staff had not removed them. We responded that it was indeed a great question. Aside from these issues, we had a pleasant stay.
