The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

We got placed in the manor building 2B and it was dirty, smelled, carpet stains and no outlets assessable. So we got moved to one of the towers, for this we were thankful. When we went to retrieve our items from the manor there were two adults with suitcases hanging out on the stairwell inside smoking something. The tower was better but not by much. There were no hand towels in either rooms, only two pillows per bed, and we were woken up at 12:30 in the night by banging on the wall beside us and when we checked it was the room cleaners vacuuming and banging stuff around. My husband called the front desk and said you really clean rooms this late at night they said no and he said well a house keeper is vacuuming next door banging on my walls and I have to be up at 4:30 for a flight… they replied they would call her and ask her to keep it down… so you do have people cleaning rooms at 12:30am?! Also every time we touched the elevator buttons we would get major shocks. The electric had to be bad. Also the hotel is very confusing to find where you need to go and the signs are not helpful. Free parking was good and that’s about it.

great staff, service and even the self checkin options were great which i used this time for the key and all. last year it was starting up and this year it worked like a charm.

Bad buffet

The food was expensive and poor choices of food the food was hard to chew not worth the prices buffets are supposed have good differences choices i neve had a bad experience with a buffet like today.

My hotel room heater barley worked. The shower water does not drained so while taking a shower the water went to my ankle and even the next day the water was still there. I had to call room service 3 times because they was not coming so I can get more towels . On top of the hidden fee on top of feees even after I already paid for the hotel room before hand (not talking about the deposit) I got hit with another fee.

Was a great getaway. Walking distance from the monorail. Only downside was there wasn't a privacy door hang in the room when I got there. Had to go and find a worker to get one brought up to my room. But either than that, was a wonderful experience.
