The room was so nasty an had a strong dog smell as soon as we walked in the room as if i had a dog with me the fire detector was hanging and you could see the wires. I sat on the bed and my pant instantly where soaked i pulled the cover back only to see it was mold and yellow brown stuff i was so disgusted, i went into the bathroom to change my pants and notice a black mold ring all around the tub i took pictures and would like to recieve accommodation else i will be taking this up to corporate i spend to much money at circus circus to not be better accommodation

We were assigned a room not inside Circus Circus, but in a separate D-building far away. It took over 20 minutes to reach, which was extremely difficult and painful for my grandmother who has severe sciatica and mobility issues. The building appeared unsafe, filthy, and disturbing- more like an abandoned property than a hotel. The room itself was dirty, dingy, and not as advertised. There were stains everywhere and it felt dangerous to be in. I was then charged over $90 to “upgrade,” but the upgraded room was just as filthy- including a long black hair on the bed, dirty surfaces, and damaged furniture. The heater was broken, leaving us cold with only thin sheets. We waited nearly an hour for blankets. A bellhop also dropped and damaged my luggage in the street. Staff were extremely rude and dismissive, clearly used to receiving complaints about these conditions. I have photos of everything, including the filth, the conditions of both rooms, the damaged luggage, and the broken heater. This property was unsafe, unsanitary, and not the room advertised on Expedia’s website. It was completely unacceptable and not suitable for anyone, especially a senior with mobility issues.

The room wasn’t at all like the pictures. No coffee nothing. Hardly no hot water to shower. Room was nasty. The whole hotel so nasty looking.

the manor was filthy. reeked of marijuana. felt unsafe and completely unsecured. zero assistance from staff at check in. the singular helpful employee was the woman at the bell desk. due to rain, extremely unlimited access to even get to hotel immenities and restaurants

checked in on kiosk without a single employee in sight/zero help
