Not one to ever post reviews, but I didn't appreciate the fact that I arrived at midnight to check in, only to be told my room wasn't ready. They told me it would be one hour. A few more hours later, at nearly 4am, finally they said it wouldn't be ready so put me in another hotel temporarily. I appreciated that I got the bogus resort few waived, but not that when I called before bed about just staying put in my new hotel, was told that I had to check out and back in at the original hotel in the morning. Mind you, I had meetings that morning, too. The rooms pretty dirty and gross, so that didn't help. I travel a LOT and this has never happened before. Certainly when something does go wrong, staff should at least act engaged and even if poorly acteeld, pretend there is a bit of urgency. It was striking how the hotel allowed homeless, some guy milling avout pretending to shoot people with his fingers, and some drug deals outside. Yes, security saw this and did nothing.
