Location, location, location was the best part about this hotel. Our pool was not even open and we were not told that upon check-in, which was frustrating. We were able to use the pool in the adjoining casino, Paris. Check-in was a zoo! It did go pretty smooth because they had people there guiding you to the next available registration desk.

Apparently my card didn’t go through but yet I still got my room key. It wasn’t until the next day that I got a knock on my door about it with rude staff and security. On top of that none of the self check in/out machines were working and there was only 2 ppl working and a huge line. Carpets were dirty and the elevators shake really bad. This hotel needs to do upgrades. I’ve stayed at the Strat and Westgate and they weren’t these bad.
