Horseshoe is central to everything . Absolutely fantastic. . We had a beautiful view of the sphere from our room but unfortunately it can at a cost . The noise from the street from people and sirens all night long made it hard to sleep at night . Besides that it was worth the money we paid .

The room needed attention. On o e queen bed the bedshees were not clean and the carpet need to be deep clean; curtains have dirty spots of liquid and the windows are not clean. The staff are not friendly or supportive. I did not felt welcome. However the location is great.

The stay over all was great and the room was clean. I loved the fact there was a fridge in the room to use for cold water and drinks. The only gripe I have is the room I paid for which is the high roller view or any room on that side of the tower. If you get a room on the side of the highroller just be prepared to be woke up continuously throughout the night or day by sirens from emergency vehicles running up and down the road below.

The resort fees for the fitness center and in‑room telephone feel too high, especially since I didn’t use either amenity. I was also disappointed to learn there was an extra charge for early check‑in, which led me to wait instead of paying the additional fee. Loved the location of the Horseshoe, central and close to everything I was trying to see in Las Vegas. But, my room was dirty, thick dust around the nightstand and bed, filthy carpeting, deep smells of smoke throughout the place. The odd stains on the wood furniture intrigued me and the refrigerator did not work. This room has been rode hard a put away wet!! The bathroom, thankfully, was very clean.

Definitely needs some maintenance - the TP holder fell off the wall as soon as we touched it, TV remote didn’t fully work, and elevators were slow to arrive then doors closed too fast and it didn’t seem like they were all running. Staff was friendly, casino was small but well appointed. Overall a fine stay for the money but I likely won’t stay again.

The room was very clean and had nice amenities. The staff was very nice and the hotel itself was very lively. What I really liked about it was the location. Because of all the interconnections you can walk out one door and be across from the Bellagio and walk out another and be a block from MGM. It is also connected to the Paris and the mall so there is plenty to do and see.
