It took 2 days to reach the mail room and have packages brought to the room. No one was answering the phone even though the front desk person told me they were open Friday and Saturday.

Location is excellent! Easy access to strip and internal connection to Paris is very convenient. We visited during Christmas so probably the hotel was short staffed, we had to make explicit requests for room service and towels. We had a comfortable stay and we recommend this place for ease of access to Bellagio, Paris and other casino's on the strip.

Our room was very clean and large, with a great view. Sadly, it didn't have a router therefore no WiFi. Additionally, it had a lovely dinette/poker room but they could not get the light to work.the staff was very responsive and kindly tried but these are 2 significant areas to have voids in. We would stay here again, but we wouldn't check in by kiosk - only with a person who could assure of us a completely operable room. This hotel is in the heart of everything, convenient to the sphere and has food options onsite, but very expensive. Also, the pool Was closed.

I slept in every day so I didn’t leave the room any day until about noon. Maybe that's why it was not ever cleaned? And one night I heard running and jumping over my head very late at night, but I fell asleep anyway. Still, I appreciated the big mini fridge and the heavy curtains. I was able to put the air down to 68 so I appreciated being able to sleep cool. The bed was super comfy. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room. No coffee maker was surprising.
