None of the lights worked in our room. We didn’t find out until night time after cereal packed and settled in. Hotel was full. Our last stay we had to move rooms 3 times. We stayed and used the reading light above bed at night . It wasn’t ideal but better than packing up and moving rooms.

I have stayed at the Aria many times. My room this time was a suite and the master bath was in bad shape. Overall it was ok but I have noticed a perpetual decline year over year.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved upon. Appeared that the bed was made and clean towels left but nothing was wiped down- sinks, faucets, smear on room mirror. Lighting system and drapes never worked. Called down to front desk to have reset three different times and still did not work

We had an excellent stay at Aria and I would highly recommend. It has lots of restaurants and food places within the hotel and is a great location to walk the strip. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and lovely. If I ever go back to Vegas, this will be my first choice.

Needs improvement

Their policy for lost items is unacceptable. I immediately requested my phone charger after checking out and was sent to lost & found where they did not have it. One week later I get an email that it is found and by this time I obviously already left the hotel and no one responded to my requests
