I was recommended by a friend to stay here because the loved the food at the hotel. So i booked at aria. When I checked in the front desk was not friendly at all, then everyone after were rude and just felt over it. Only person I recalled was nice is the person who delivered the mini fridge for my breast milk which i had to remind them to bring it up. Might sheer and black out curtains kept getting suck, desk lamp , large lamp wasn’t working and certain outlets were not working. I can manage those things what i can’t manage is the attitude of the workers.

Good hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean. The employees were very helpful and the check-in was very easy. My only complaint is that all the restaurants were booked for at least 2 to 3 days in advance and I think that they should’ve told us that because we had $150 voucher that we could not use since all the restaurants were taken. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, and there were no amenities in the bathroom.

Valet system is wonderful. Very good customer service. Didn't like the additional $100.00 fee to use the spa for my wife after she booked a pedicure, but Vegas.
