Cigarette smoke in the casinos. Must walk through casino to get to the hotel room. Mini bar charges you even if you don’t eat or drink something. Just moving an item for too long triggers a charge. A chocolate bar is $20 USD. You will be billed daily for storing your own items in the fridge as the fridge has a sensor.

The room is good. What I am unhappy is Aria charged me 221.23 dollars for the mini bar items even though I have not consumed mini bar items at all. This is not acceptable at all. The mini bar system needs better way in tracing the mini bar items consumed.

The overall experience was just okay. The pool was closed on rainy days, while the Cosmopolitan across the street kept its pool open. In addition, at checkout, there was a dining charge added to my room that did not belong to me. Although it was ultimately not charged and I was told it would be investigated, the situation still made the experience feel unpleasant.

The staff were courteous and very helpful. The common areas were clean and well presented. Our strip view room did not reflect the advertised view, and we were very disappointed. The European styled shower area was slippery and thus, unsafe. I did not find the guess foyers relaxing. The surrounding seating were hard surfaced.
