Most everything you need is in one place. I like that the elevators are separated by lower, middle, and upper floors, but when planning on having guests it’s extra work to have to go downstairs to retrieve them or visit other guests at different levels. I liked my room except that there was no refrigerator or microwave. I think they’re making a point that this hotel is a place for people to go out and eat, but I think it’s within reason to be able to keep leftovers and your own beverages cold in your room, though like any hotel there is an ice machine. Weirdly, I was within 2 hours before my check out time but my lights wouldn’t work. Even housekeeping couldn’t figure it out so I had to pack my things in dim lighting as the curtains also wouldn’t open. Not an optimal way to a final impression of the property. Is this a strategy to kick people out? Probably not, but that’s what it was in effect.

There were shops nearby, but we didn't go shopping. The staff we interacted with would go out of their way to be helpful. Really very helpful

The front desk staff provided exceptional service upon check-in. The hotel is one of the few that don't smell like smoke from all the patrons who smoke cigarettes on the premises. Security at the guest room elevators are polite and ensure the safety of their hotel guests. Overall, it was a great experience except for two minor issues in my hotel room. (1) The curtains in the room would not open due to an outlet issue and (2) one of the sink faucets had a constant slow leak. I think the Aria can do a better job of preventative maintenance.
