It’s almost midnight and our room was not ready even though check in starts at 3:00 pm. Mobile check in did not work. Very long line in the check in at 11:45 pm. System failure after 3 hours. Light switches froze and so as the drapes, never happened in my experience. They had to reset computer. Toilet stinks.

The only con for me was we weren’t able to use the Fridge due too the hotel having it stocked with their contents and if we touched anything we would be charged. But you had the option to rent a fridge for a small fee. Which was totally insane to me

Check in was a nightmare. Midnight. Mobile check in doesn’t work. Stuff rude and aggressive especially woman Ceecee. Thanks god their manager help us to check in. But their cleaning ladies just was bordered us all morning. We checked in at midnight and at 7,9,11 they were knocking in the door didn’t let us sleep. Horrible. Never got our 30$ for food and drinks. Overall horrible experience would never stay again.

Half bathroom was sink was dripping, plumber came but could not fix it, not something to be expected from 5 star hotel, did not provide with foldable bed for 3rd guest, even though it was requested multiple times, heating system was not working properly, room was cold first 4-5 hours of the stay. Toilet paper from previous guest was left in the bathroom. And worst of all it was difficult to find anyone to help you with the issues.
