Terrible service and looking tired.

Billed as a high end 4 star, but the Bellagio this place is not. Service was terrible, particularly on the casino floor and the pool, where they shut half the pool deck on a beautiful day, cramming everyone into one smaller space. Clearly it is run for the convenience of the staff, not the guests. The room layout is great, but furniture is desperately tired and in need of a full refurb. Tower layout means some loooong walks from the lifts. Either stay at the Wynn or Bellagio if your budget allows, or just save your $$$ and go to the Park. Aria is not worth the premium it charges.

Hotel location, Lobby, Casino, restaurants and taxi service all were excellent BUT the rooms are outdated. The first room was so rundown, that we were moved to another, which was bettter but not what I expected from this hotel. We may opt for a different hotel next time..

The hotel is beautiful there’s a lovely scent that smells luxurious when you enter the hotel lobby. The rooms were comfy and the food options for room service are amazing. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is there’s no place to sit and do your makeup in front of a mirror. There’s a floor length mirror in the room but no outlet near it thus forcing you to curl your hair standing in the bathroom. The views from the windows are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay however when we asked front desk for extended stay they said it was unavailable without even asking how much longer we wanted to extend our stay or our room number to see if can be done. We ended up calling front desk and they easily allowed us to extend our stay for an additional 2 hours. This time we were able to speak to someone who was knowledgeable; they asked our room number confirmed the name and easily allowed us to do a late check out. The $150 credit towards restaurants in the hotel is also a great feature. Catch restaurant is beautiful especially for selfies/photos. We highly recommend this place and wouldn’t mind coming back to Aria if we come back to Vegas!

I always like that the staff is friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I asked for a room that was close to the elevator and I was given the farthest room. This was a little inconvenient when you have a problem with your feet. Everything else was excellent. The Aria is the only hotel I stay at when visiting Vegas. Love everything about it. Thank you all for being so kind!

The check in was smooth but when we get to our room there was a big wet spot on the carpet ,we called front desk and they took care our resort fee for 4days because we decided to stay in the room since they're booked ,they give us voucher for food and drinks and all i can say is best costumer service and that didn't dissapoint us we.still have fun and enjoyed our stay despite the small problem it was manageable thanks Aria .
