Didn’t have running water for 12 hours first night, second night, no turn down service all day. Had to leave at night after running around all day. For room to be serviced. Drinks overly expensive in hotel. Was charged a hotel fee by Expedia and Secondary hotel fee by Aria. Will think twice before staying at Aria hotel again.

Staff not very pleasant nor accommodating, except for the housekeeping crew, they were great! Otherwise the resort is ok

Nice modern facility. Mattress was lumpy. Small bottle of shampoo and body wash was inadequate. I would rate this a nice three star or fair four star hotel definitely not five star like the Wynn or Bellagio.

The cleaning staff was terrible! Some days they didn’t clean at all if you weren’t ready early in the morning when the staff first comes around. Twice I had to sit, watch, and wait while the cleaning staff finally showed up at 11pm, after being out all day and putting in several room service requests.
