During our stay my significant other and I encountered bugs in our first room that resulted in us having to switch rooms. There were roaches or water bugs in our bathroom and kitchen. One of the bugs was dead inside the tea kettle when I attempted to use it. Secondly our thermostat did not work. Our room was set to 64 degrees and would not go higher than 71.4 degrees. This is unacceptable as we pay our hard earned money, and they were unwilling to work with us as far as any compensation during our stay.
