Good stay overall. Loved the pool and hot tubs. And the pathways to the big casino across the street. Didn't know I'd have a tub in my bedroom, awesome 😀 (then was told some have actual jacuzzi tubs which mine didn't) not awesome ☹️. Great staff. $20ish Lyft before tip to get to the Strip. 1 of the 2 elevators in my tower was down, but elevators break down all the time, unfortunately someone had spilt something in the 1 elevator we all had to use and no one cleaned it the entire time I was there. Room was average clean, if you moved any furniture you could tell they don't do that regularly, had to go buy Lysol wipes to wipe things down (and did the tub as well to see if the stain would come up). And loved the washer and dryer, but no detergent or dryer sheets and they have to know you can't just buy a few days - a week supply 🤔 If you plan spending most of your time in your room, maybe check elsewhere, otherwise, I'd stay again (bringing the Lysol wipes & some Tide pods and dryer sheets 😉)

Better then many Hotel rooms on the strip.

We were highly impressed with the room when we walked in and saw the overall appearance. It looked like a full on apartment that some people live in on a daily basis. Everything was clean and neat. The towels were big and fluffy, the kitchen was prepared to be cooked in with the utensils and the silverware. The bed was comfortable to sleep in the pullout sofa bed not so much. The refrigerator/freezer worked perfectly. We will be staying there again.

Big spacious rooms! Full size Kitchen! Seperate shower and Bathtub. Incredibly big comfortable bathtub! Extremely close to southpoint and all it has to offer! Bingo! Bingo! Bingo! Unfortunately parking is disastrous! We had to park 4 buildings from the building we stayed in. We eventually found a closer parking stall the next day. Which we stayed parked at for the duration of our stay. If you are lucky enough to find a close parking stall I would highly recommend staying put until checkout.

Always loved the Grandview but this time it was a bit dirty in the elevators and people smoking weed in the room next to me and on the front made it a little different this time. What a shame this characters show up and don’t respect the regulations of the once safe and beautiful location. But I will be back.

The Grandview is a hidden gem. Great value for families. I book a family suite and it accommodates 8 comfortably. Huge and spacious. I am pleasantly surprised on how clean the units is and well stacked with stuff you will need to make your stay comfortable. It's great value. Not in the strip but there's a casino across the street. The price is amazing for the value.

We got the 1rm with 2bdr 2 living rooms very nice and spacious with our own privacy. It was practicality 1 entrance wiith 2 apartments. Great! It was about 18-20min drive to strip but it was well worth it.

Having been in a Vegas (nice) hotel room it was very good to have more room! The one bedroom suite was a welcome change from sitting on the bed to watch TV at night. The room was very clean with fully stocked kitchen for an extended stay. Washer/dryer, dishwasher full size fridge and range. Part of an RCI timeshare program...but we booked last minute and for a great price.
