we went on a holiday weekend so Vegas was busier than normal. the poor staff were over worked and we had to wait for sometime to check in. we requested a view of the strip but the hotel itself is a lot further than majority of hotels so you don’t really see the strip. we had to walk so far to get to our actual hotel room and the layout of the hotel is very confusing. the decor of the hotel and rooms are funky and fun. the room itself was spacious but did get pretty warm at times, even with the AC running. shower needed an update. the handheld shower head did not work in our shower. we took advantage of kassi beach club and had a blast! we rented a cabana for the day and the drinks and service were impeccable. there’s a yummy pizza joint that stays open but was crazy busy late at night. the staff, again, were so overwhelmed!!! We felt so bad for the workers. They kept a smile on their face but they desperately needed help. I hope they get the credit they deserve.

Horrible experience at LV Virgin for my daughter’s wedding! Booked a Corner Grand Suite for her & her fiancé months in advance. When they arrived at checkin time their room wasn’t ready, they were told that 3pm is the start of checkin but not guaranteed. They came back and they were put in a crappy room overlooking exhaust vents. I complained to hotel and Expedia and best I could do move them next day! That night they found out that their Best Man was able to checkin early plus got upgraded to a suite!! Not to mention I contacted the property ahead of time to let them know they were there for their wedding. Worst customer service ever! Checkin for another room was an equally horrible experience! The room was for 2 other wedding guests and was booked on a package thru Expedia. For some reason only 1 guest was listed at the hotel, the “non-listed” guest arrived earlier and was told they could not checkin until the other guest arrived! The other guest wasn’t arriving until the next day, so I had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone…finally Expedia agent talked to the front desk manager and sent over a confirmation that both guests should be listed and that it was a glitch in the hotel system. Adding insult to injury, at checkout we were charged a daily resort fee, which was supposed to be included on the package we booked and also found out we were supposed to have drink credits that they never gave us! It’s too bad that the service stinks because it’s a beautiful property!

Rooms are beautiful and the whole resort is kept exceptionally clean but it would have been really nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I also tried calling for room service and never got an answer. The pool area is beautiful too but we often had a hard time finding a lounge chair and the other pool, everything was always reserved.

This is a very nice, reasonably priced property with a great, service-oriented staff. If you have a request, they will address promptly. It is further from the strip, but the rooms are larger and very comfortable. They also have beautiful areas for relaxation.
