We loved all the amenities and restaurants that were available to us. The pool was very nice and not crowded at all. The location was really convenient pretty close to everything. I was annoyed that the fridge was fully stocked and so we couldn’t refrigerate anything without paying $40 to unstock the fridge. We only had one sink in a king suite which was also inconvenient, some of the carpets looked like they really needed a wash but otherwise it was pretty clean.

Excellent Stay — As Always!

Another amazing stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! Everything was perfect — clean, modern rooms and great service. We came for the Intocable concert, and it was incredible! The venue, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Virgin Hotels never disappoints — my favorite place to stay in Vegas!

We had noisy neighbors. We also had air conditioning problems. Would nit cool below 75. Made for an uncomfortable night. I did report it, but was told the system operated on motion, and give it 30 minutes. We were tired and went to bed hoping for the best, which never happened!
