Our main concern was that we never had anything more than luke warm water to shower. The staff were very pleasant and the facility is great. The neighborhood around the hotel could have been cleaner. We noticed a lot of homelessness. Our grandson is a student at UNLV so the close proximity to their campus and swimming pool was a big plus and the main reason we stayed at the Virgin.
