My mother had a stroke and we called to cancel our reservation and explained it was unexpected emergency. EXPEDIA says the hotel refused to refund it was 11 am. The same nigjt I called and the hotel was sold out so they kept my money and resold the room. VIRGIN IS TERRIBLE DONT STAY WITH PROPERTY

Very clean. Friendly staff both drinks and late check out was MUCH more affordable than staying on the strip. Grab coffee & breakfast at Pizza Forte as its prices a far less than any other LV hotel casino location.
