It was very clean and super elegant. The only part that was inconvenient was that there was no in-suite coffee pot, no microwave and the only refrigerator was a mini bar filled with extremely overpriced items and if you even accidentally bumped one you would get charged for it. Overall our experience was very satisfying, I just would have like to be able to make some coffee in the morning and not have to stand in line at Starbucks for 20 minutes or have someway to store leftovers and then heat them back up. But would absolutely stay again!

We stayed in the luxury King suite overlooking the city. The room was very spacious with a lovely sunken living room. The bathroom was beautiful and super clean. The nice thing about the Palazzo is that their parking garages are very close to the elevators for their guest suites. (Many other casinos require a long walk across their casino to get to the parking structure. ) The Palazzo has a nice casino and you can walk from there directly through a row of amazing restaurants & fun bars which then lead directly to the Venetian casino. I actually won $300 the first night playing their slots. woohoo! We saw the Eagles concert at The Sphere, and the nice thing is that we were able to walk from the Palazzo straight into the Sphere via an indoor walkway thru their convention center. Although it is a pricey hotel, you get what you pay for. Very beautiful and convenient.

Didnt clean the room second day after asking housekeeping to do so. Ordered room service and my burger was black charred and brought me chips instead of fries after confirming my order. Called and asked to bring me fries and then took forever to do so and handed me a bill to pay for the fries. Poorly ran service and the guy taking the orders was just blah and not friendly.

Very clean and quiet. We had a king suite on the 31st floor. Nice view of the sphere. Pool area looked quite nice, though not all the pools were open. The weather was a bit cool when we were there so we only went in one of the hot tubs, which was nice. Not the busiest casino on the strip, which we liked. It was nice coming back to a quieter spot after running around all day checking out other things. We liked Donutique for a quick breakfast in the mornings.
