Everything was great, the rooms are large and well appointed. I took away a star because there is not a mini fridge in the room. There is a mini bar fridge, but no shelf space to store any leftovers, medication etc. If you lift a can to move something to make space, you will be charged. We had so many wonderful meals while there, and had to leave behind, due to the fact that there is not a refrigerator in the room.

Everything was fantastic-from checking in to checking out! Our room was cleaned daily. We ordered room service for breakfast one morning, and the attention to detail was flawless.

Complicated process to retrieve extra towels, housekeeper in hallway with towel cart made us call the front desk to request towels????? We purchased the prestige club access “overrated” and the housekeeper wasn’t the ideal of pleasant-she made absolutely no sense👎

Big rooms, very comfortable for large groups. We had 8 friends and reserved 2 connected rooms. Front desk staff was helpful in getting us connected rooms after some glitch that they had ignored our advanced request to get connected rooms. Would definitely stay again here next time.
