No kettle, water, or any way to get water after 6pm without leaving the hotel or paying $15 from the "Refreshment Center" (the mini bar). Very late check in despite clearly being well under 50% occupancy at the time. Despite this we were given a room with a view of a building site after waiting on site for several hours. Just petty, self-serving staff on the front desk, despite all the face value faux-niceness. All out to get their tips for any sort of attention to detail. I'm very lucky to have travelled all over the world, including The Venetian Macau. This was not even close to the level of customer service or experience I experienced there. Perhaps it's not a one-off in Vegas to experience service like this. My trip to the Palazzo definitely will be.

There was no directory information in the room such as where the ice machine was, whete to exit, where to call and so on except restaurant information booklet. I had to call customer service a couple of times. TV shows, "text xxxxx if you need help", but it took a while to get an answer, and the answer was wrong. There are so many old guests in Vegas. Not all guests are good at digital devices. So, to my opinion, please leave paper version of directory information in the room.

Highlights: Great security, large bedrooms - perfect for friends traveling together; large bathrooms; great location; quiet Lowlights: cleaning of rooms slow and not excellent cleanliness in bathroom cleaning; hard to communicate with a real life person; no microwave for heating up leftovers from fabulous dinners; no coffee service in room; no refrigerator for leftovers, unless you request one - can’t use the one currently in room
