I stayed @ this hotel for the Backstreet Boys concert @ the Sphere & all I can say is that I loved & enjoyed my stay. This hotel was quiet & clean & I loved that there’s so many dining options. This was actually my first time staying here. Employees were nice from front desk to housekeeping & restaurant employees. I would stay here again in the future.

Rooms were very nice but overall service was poor. We had to ask for our room to be serviced on more than one occasion and when it was the service was a bit lacking. Toiletries not being topped up for example, bath mats been taken and not replaced etc. Also, we were on the club level and the Prestige Club at the Palazzo was frankly appalling. Drinks service was taking in excess of 20 minutes, tables remained uncleaned for around 90 mins (counted 16 uncleaned tables on one evening). Food was not replenished or was non existent. Wrong drinks were served. The staff themselves were apologetic but just not enough of them there to cope. After several poor experiences, we tried the Prestige Club at the Venetian and this was a world apart and couldn't be faulted. In short, avoid the Prestige club at the Palazzo and use the Venetian instead.

I’m very pleased with my decision to stay here for my mother’s birthday. The suite was big, beautiful, peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for a this getaway. There was also a great variety of shops, restaurants, and other amenities within easy reach. What truly elevated the experience were the entertainment options recommended by the concierge — including the casino, gondola rides, the Sphere, and several other activities. Each one added a unique and memorable touch to our trip. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the ideal location for celebrating a special occasion.

Very nice clean and safety place to stay the only thing I dont like with my package in expedia all ready pay fly tickets and hotel bout the hotel charge fees extra when you do the check out
