No complimentary water. No room in the fridge to store anything. If you remove anything from fridge just to make space - not consume - you are charged. We called the front desk to see if we could get a replacement fridge and there’s a charge for that. When we checked out, there was a charge for refreshment we hadn’t taken. Toilet paper is cheap. And staffing for luggage checkers grossly inadequate resulting in a 30-minute line. Never coming back.

Good property. No small coffee machine , no microwave, no fridge all by design is not customer friendly. Customers don’t want to have to eat every single meal out or not be able to have one coffee in the room. It feels like being in real Venice — gondolas, canals, bridges… Everything is so beautiful and atmospheric. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I’m absolutely delighted!

Stay was very comfortable. The prestige lounge had all the conveniences we needed. The Breakfast and cocktail had good options and offered us a relaxed atmosphere. Clean rooms, clean lobby, helpful staff.
