I arrived at 10pm and my room was not available. My correct room was ready 2 days after. The 39 floor aisle one day was flooded and next days with noisy fans to dry the carpet. The hotel mentioned Expedia has low priority vs regular clients.

I am writing to report a highly unacceptable experience during our stay from **December 23–26**, where we booked **two Luxury Rooms, 2 Queen Beds, City View**, via Expedia. We arrived around **8:00 PM on December 23** and faced an extremely long check-in line with only two staff members working. After a long wait, the front desk agent reviewed our reservation, disappeared for over five minutes, then informed us that **our confirmed rooms had been “sold”** and we would need to move to another tower. This is completely unacceptable and deceptive, as our rooms were fully paid for and confirmed. I refused unless an upgrade was provided. Due to a dinner reservation, I was forced to store luggage for six people and asked the staff to resolve the issue. I also immediately contacted **Expedia**, who confirmed they had reached out to hotel management and would hold our rooms. When we returned around **11:00 PM**, we were again faced with a **30+ minute check-in line**. After waiting again, I asked to speak with the duty manager. The manager on duty, **Daphen**, was dismissive and claimed she knew nothing about the issue. Despite both rooms being booked together, we were assigned rooms **911 and 838**, at opposite ends, with no consideration for guest experience. This hotel showed **no accountability, poor management, and a lack of integrity**, prioritizing over-selling over honoring reservations. I strongly advise travelers to be cautious and prepared to

The Palazzo Las Vegas earns four stars for its fantastic room quality, spacious and comfortable suites with incredibly comfortable beds and breathtaking views. The food options were outstanding, with delicious nearby dining and excellent coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful—special shoutout to Rochelle at check-in, who was exceptionally nice. Loved the reliable text reservation service and lightning-fast elevators. Quick response when we requested an extra blanket. The main downside was housekeeping: they didn’t clean unless repeatedly called, and service was inconsistent and messy when they finally arrived. Overall, a luxurious stay worth recommending despite the cleaning issues.
