Don’t expect much

You could see through the crack of the door into the hallway, both chairs in the room had black stains on the armrests, the shower took 10 minutes to get warm, and the sink wasn’t draining. They also charged a daily resort fee on top of the hotels.com charge.

waited 20 min. for our luggage from bell hop no one around @7pm. Globs of hair on the bathroom floor old bathtowel and washcloth hanging from the shower rod.Called front desk and Maid service no service for a week. Staff in the casinio was awesome and Oscars restaurant was excellent.Pink box bakery is the best I ever had.

First time stay in the Plaza Hotel.

Breakfast was delicious...just wish the restaurant wasn't on the same floor as the casino. Not fond of smelling smoke while I eat. Staff was very nice; however, at check in they should have let us know that they now require 24 hours notice if we want our guest room serviced. Parking was easy. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing and would've been appreciated. However, we also know that the North Tower renovations are expected so we completely understood. We liked the North Tower as it was close to the Fremont Street Experience & alll the action in Downtown.
