We stayed 6 days. We were greeted by a lady name Connie who was wonderful very friendly and very nice. Hotel is in a prime spot right on Freemont street. I recommend Barry's in the circa food was amazing. Now about our hotel im not sure we will ever stay there again. Upon arriving, we had no towels had to call and wait about 45 mins for towels. Our room was dirty and dusty. There were hand prints on our headboard, that were not ours dust in the filters that needed to be clean and was causing allergies and leftover food on the side of the dresser, there was also somebody's hair that was not ours in the shower. Pool is nice but only gets sun in the morning

Friendly staff. Great location! They gave us the option of “quiet” or a view. We picked the view, but glad for the heads up of the noise. But for one night, we made the right choice!

I usually stay here when in Las Vegas and other than the resort fees, I don’t have any issues with the hotel. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I enjoy the bingo games and the casino.

Disappointed in the room

Although the room was very dirty, in every way, the people that worked there in the casino and in the restaurants made our stay wonderful. I don’t think we’ll ever stay there again because of the obvious and cleanliness of the room. But I think we’ll continue to visit the casino in your restaurants.

First bad experience at hotel

Room was not clean properly, found food in drawers from previous guest, floors where dirty,no hand towels or wash cloth and pillow case was stained. Plus toilet seat was broken.

Night staff rude and indifferent to solving room booking issues. Booked a king room 6 months in advance. Apon arival all king rooms other than the “noisy” rooms were booked. Staff including the “manager” Mark was unprofessional and boreline rude. I will never stay here again. Not worth the $40 a night savings.
