Clean rooms & attentive staff at check in desk. We had a room that faced Fremont St, which was loud late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d request a different location.

Room was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful, but the bed was awful-it was like sleeping in a taco. Get firmer mattresses for your king size beds. Other than that, would definitely stay at the Plaza Hotel again.

Location was good. Basic rooms are old and dirty. More Ike an old Motel 6. Next one up have been remodeled and is better but not what pictures look like. Spend the little extra and stay somewhere else.
