Wasn’t expecting to stay the night in Vegas but was caught in some bad weather and decided it was best to stay. This location was the cheapest of the options available to me, so I’m not surprised I had a few issues. One was the speed at which the front desk checked people in; with 4 people working the counter, I was expecting it to be a rather quick thing but was surprised it took 20 minutes to move through the line of 3 people and get my room keys. Also, the way this hotel works with third parties it is very misleading, I felt conned into paying a resort fee that, if it had been provided in the final price of booking the room, I would have looked elsewhere. The next issue I had with this hotel was that you are not able to borrow a luggage cart; instead, you must tip an employee to take your items to the room, which wouldn’t have been an issue except for the fact that the keeper of the luggage carts was very rude and a complete ass and made it my issue that he is working for tips at this cheap hotel and I would rather hurt myself lifting my items than give him a dollar. Once in my room, I saw that the room wasn't filthy, but it wasn't clean. If you are planning on staying here, do not expect anything more from this hotel than a clean bed. I spent most of my walking-around money on the hotel next door, The Circa, and in the future if I need to stay the night in Vegas, I'll shell out the extra few bucks and stay there

We normally love staying at the plaza, this time around we were very disappointed. The rooms were dusty and dirty , stains on the sofas and carpets, not enough towels, the most uncomfortable stay due to ugly and uncomfortable pillows. Will not say we won’t stay here again but I hope they make changes.

First time to Las Vegas. We enjoyed the Plaza Hotel. Good restaurants in the hotel. Staff was nice and competent. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
