Friendly and informative staff. We were in the North tower; the room was in good condition; however, it was impossible to sleep at night due to the booming bass of the music outside that literally vibrated our bed. I was also disappointed that the Carousel Bar outside didn't have prices in the menu-and that it cost $27 for 2 16 oz drinks.

I hate having to preschedule room cleaning. Called twice for a towel refresh and then only got one towel. Chair in room needs reupholstering or deep cleaning. Yellow lights in sink area desperately need to be changed to a bright light where you can see better. Liked having 24/7 food accessible via Subway. Casino was nice. Conference area was very nice.

Staff, check in and just the whole vibe was horrible. I booked two rooms one for my 23 years old and one for myself and there was no hot water, nothing worked called maintenance and was told I had to flush toilet 10 Times and run the water for 15 minutes! Rooms were old outdated and smelled very bad. Never again will I stay here.

The room was dimly lite even with all lights on and only had 1 mirror. You pay $44.07 daily resort fee and DONT get a microwave, coffee maker, maid service unless you book in advance. Part of the listed resort fee is the pool/jacuzzi which closed at 5 pm ( nothing should xliae at 5 pm in vegas)
