Downtown Grand is a great location just a block away from Fremont St. We can see the stage from the hotel. Parking is excellent right across the street. We stayed in the Casino side 7th floor the room was definitely outdated but clean. It does need a new chair in there ours was very old and stained. We asked for a refrigerator because of medications and it was brought up very quickly. They do not clean rooms daily, you have to call down to desk for new towels. The roof top pool is beautiful. A lot of seating, nice bar and huge screen TV that we watched football on Sunday. We asked for late checkout and they let us stay till 1pm and that was a great help since we had a late flight. They did not promote their rewards program or offer any free play to us but I did ask for Mob Museum tickets and they gave us a buy one get one free coupon. This is our second time staying there and yes I would stay again but would request a room on the new side.

Thanks for waving the early checkin fee! The grand was great a place to be if you love the Fremont Experience literally steps away from the action and attraction. Pizza Rock was excellent and Dennys was a God Send!

Noisy room

I have stayed here before, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, I found it noisier than before (Fremont street); but in addition my room was next to the elevator which was extremely noisy and the ice maker. I was disappointed this time.

Second time staying at the downtown grand. It hasn’t changed! The amenities are worth it. Gambling on site and roof top pool. Your steps away from Fremont street. With access to more casinos and places to eat. If you want to go to Las Vegas strip it’s only depending on the time $20 uber ride. Or there is a 24 hour bus that will also take you there and back for $12 a day. Defiantly will return.
