I love this hotel. I’ve stayed on the strip over 20 times and have no desire to go back. At the Grand, the casino is friendly, clean rooms and good food options. What else would you want?

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfy. Bar staff was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property numerous times over the past 4 years and every time the elevator in the garage is broken. My husband has a disability and requires a mobility scooter to get around, having to ride that down several levels in a parking garage is really a dangerous situation. Proximity to Fremont Experience without all the loud noise was a nice feature. Table limits were low and enjoyable. The bad experience was bathroom sink draining very slow and had black debris backing up. If housekeeping was actually cleaning the sink then they should have reported the issue for repair. Apparently, it was not draining when I got the room, which means did housekeeping clean the bathroom correctly?

Room was very clean and comfortable. Noise from Fremont was minimal. Casino is nice didn’t win much. no restaurant only one was closed all weekend. The staff is very friendly they took the time to greet us on several occasions during our stay. Overall a really nice place to stay ! Will say there again.
