Casino and hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The Management of the valet was absolutely the worst i have ever experienced at any hotel. He was rude. He lied and stated that I need to tip before and after car drop. Apparently 10 dollar tip is not suitable. I always thought tip was for good service...wrong. it is demanded and expected or you will find your car other than where promised. 20 dollar parking fee plus 10 tip isn't enough Wife in a wheelchair I depend on Valet...for that reason I will never return to this location. Too bad the jerk at Valet Management ruined an otherwise great stay.

Room was ok but needed a few repairs. Doesn't feel like they are sidemen money to keep the rooms nice like they have in the past. Restaurant has closed down. Bar across the street is closed. Overall feels like the area is regressing. Have been staying here 10+ years but will so for other options in the future.

We could not get a suite, This was supposed to be a special memorable trip and it left me feeling like I never want to go to Vegas again. The rooms were awful, heat not work, no remote for the TV, holes in the walls, no restaurant in the hotel people were mean and unfriendly.. This was the worst trip ever.

Room was clean, Staff was friendly. Hotel lobby didn't have a terrible cigarette smoke smell. Did not see any bugs, so that was my main concern! Felt safe here! Would stay here again. Within walking distance to crazy Freemont Street. Kiosk with coffee,etc.was also great with friendly employees.

The staff was great! The room was nice with a good view. It was very close to Fremont but without the crowd of actually being ON Fremont.

With all the events happening this weekend you would think all 3 elevators would be working. Instead only 1. Table games also didn’t open in the morning when they were supposed to. Front desk staff were not friendly. Bell man and maid service were awesome. Had a “virtual room” which was nothing and no IPad was in the room so basically you pay for art work? Makes no sense! Will not stay here again.

Only complaint is no maid service one day. We were out of room for over 8 hrs and room not cleaned. Otherwise, extremely nice hotel and great Fitness Center. Room rate was excellent.
