Really good experience, nice hotel, good amenities and felt just far enough away from the craziness of freemont street, but near enough to walk into it and elsewhere when needed. My only feedback is while the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they are starting to wear and look a little tired. From the carpets in the corridors and the surfaces int he rooms just need a touch up.

Bed was super comfy. Hotel was clean and quiet. Always stay here. Only complaint this trip was that the ice machine on our floor was broken.

I enjoyed my stay at the Downtown Grand very much! The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful! I grabbed breakfast at the Art Bar in the lobby one morning and it was delicious! Great location, very walkable to so many attractions and food! I would definitely stay again!

Nice and better than expected! Reviews were good but a few outliers. Toweer king rm was great and loved the space and coffee maker. Must have for me. V clean and room serv replenished all needed at our request. The Beltran shuttle will drop you off but currently will not pick you up from this hotel as of September 2025. We took a Lyft for airport return. Do love the across the street access to Fremont Experience. Lots to eat in the area but limited onsite dining at The Grand. Enjoyed slots n tables here. I'd def return! Go to the Mob Museum just a 1 min walk N! Speakeasy was incredible.

We rented three rooms. We were told that we might be able to check in early. We tried at 11 am and were told to try later. We tried two more times. Five minutes before check in, they were able to get us our keys for two rooms. The other room wouldn't be ready until after check in. We were told that they would waive the resort fee for one room ($156). When we return home, they charge us fully for all resort fees. We send a message, and they refused. They have cameras all over, and could have easily verified that we were told this. Also, one room smelled horrible like skunk. I assume that pot had been smoked in the room. We would have had much more fond memories if we had not stayed here.

Greatt location to access Freemont, great deals throughout casino. Smaller casino but budget friendly. Good pool but veery limited shade.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, it felt safe. But there was music, booming somewhere outside until three in the morning.

Didn't like the party noise on the pool deck for an event that we were not informed of before arrival. Didn't like the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Liked the courteous staff.
