Front desk staff were very nice, especially Lynn. We liked the location which is one block off Fremont Street. Limited early morning breakfast restaurant other than a coffee stand. We asked for coffee cups in our room but only got plastic cups so the coffee maker was useless. Bartenders can be hit or miss. We had one who was a complete jerk but another who was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a quick fun trip.

The shower is a great design but not 100% functional. The water would splash out into the bathroom getting everything wet on one setting and then wouldn’t have great water pressure on the other. The towels felt like cardboard, very stiff. Some people in my group had AC issues and the technician came and made the concerns seem like nothing and made it feel like he shouldn’t have to fix it simply because he felt the temperature was good enough. Staff was great and extremely helpful.
