Great hotel for staying Las Vegas if you don’t want to drive. A very walkable location and street sightseeing place to stay. The hotel inside Halloween Decorations looks very beautiful, and careful detail decorating.. Saw a couple of time during the stay. A very good choice .

The room was modern, clean, beautifully decorated, with a nice view of the fountains. Security was posted at the elevators which made us feel safe. Concierge was friendly and helpful each time we stopped to ask questions or for recommendations. A wonderful stay.

Disliked: Staff & service

Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. We booked and paid for a King but when arriving there were no king rooms available. They ended up putting us in a disgusting room that smelled like a hospital and were extremely rude when we brought it to our attention. Thankfully we were able to move to another room, with much effort on our part, and the room we finished our stay in was very nice with the exception of the shower head which was terrible.

The room was clean but Las Vegas is noisy. We had a really good view, but would have had to pay an enormous fee to be facing the fountain. Very, Very disappointed that the fountain is blocked by Formula 1 entitled people. Such a shame. This was my 5th trip to Las Vegas and was a total disappointment. The feeling of relaxing and being safe is long gone.
