Rooms are like any other hotel, I didn't like the AC it seemed like it wasn't working, our room felt hot. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good either, clerk was not informative at all. She just gave me the key to the room and that was it. She never mentioned any other perks. I wasn't satisfied with MGM

Property was gate its just everything is expensive there. Compared to some other hotels....food was expensive, souvenirs were expensive, drinks were expensive. Next time i will stay at a hotel off the strip and just rent a car to go places.

As we got there checkin was good but in the room my son open the closet door to get the iron and the carpet was soaked wet I report it to concierge and they say they where going to change my room because it smell . So I when out and came back nothing .

Stayed at the MGM since they had a large pool complex and a lazy river. I read through all the information on the MGM website and it never indicated that tubes were available for purchase only ($30-$40). The hours are from 10am-5pm and finding a place to sit is nearly impossible. Stayed on the 28th floor of the grand tower and not all the elevators that went to that floor actually worked. You swipe your key card and push the floor you need, but the elevator button was broken and it wouldn’t go to the floor. We learned to avoid the elevator. Our room bathroom sink clogged and we called maintenance they fixed it but by the end of that day is draining very slowly again. The mini fridge in the room is just a mini bar and you can’t take anything out or you’ll be charged. Even if you don’t consume anything. Over all, it was mostly what you’d expect, but with the issues and how far it is from the middle of the strip, we’ll stay somewhere else next time.

MGM Grand Hotel check in was a breeze, even with all the people, it moved rather quickly. The rooms were clean and cool. The shower was Hot, and the Ice machine only steps away even as I was at the end of the hall. The staff all friendly and helpful. I wish the breakfast Buffet was less expensive. and if the Hotel had Transportation to and from the Hotel it would have been even better.
