Everything was under one roof you need excellent check in and check out arrived in the am and we got our room right away that was a bonus house keeping could vacuum the floor not sure if that’s only inbetween guests or what the policy is for that all in all for the hotel it was a descent price .

The pool is pretty far from the rooms, so just plan for a long walk through a busy mall like area.

Second time at this property, and first one after their major renovation. They did a fantastic job and we enjoyed the hotel with all their amenities, pools, shops, bars, restaurants and gym. The neighboring Beach Club with DJ was fun as well and as a house guest there's no admission to get in. I stayed in many hotels on the strip over the years from budget to high-end, and if you are looking for the middle layer price tag but huge offering, then this is the goto place.

The check in and out process was very easy with the automated service. Staff were very helpful. Surprised to see too many young children at the pool who were not supervised by a responsible adult on the lazy river. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable but coffee makers would be greatly appreciated.

My room was clean. My only complaint , it took a while to place a coffee order on phone and then the wait for delivery. I’m guessing, MGM is short staff? Thank you!

Room very clean. PLEASE install grab bars in the bathroom. Even non handicapped people need something to hold onto when sitting down and getting up off of the low toilet!
My 85 year old twin sister and I are headed out to the Sphere to see "The Wizaed of Oz"
We really are enjoying our first trip to this beautiful MGM Grand hotel and hope to return.

The staff at the dive bar were unwelcoming and very unfriendly. It is very unfortunate that the lazy river closed so early for guests who check in at 3. By the time we got checked in found our room, got changed it was already 4:30 so we were unable to experience the lazy river because it closed so early.

We had a barking dog next to our room. It was terrible! Then in the morning, the alarm went off for about an hour!!! Upon check out, we asked for the total bill and the guy at reception said he couldn’t provide it. One of the pools was closed. The lazy river was packed!!! On a good note, the room was clean.

First.. I lost a credit card in a vending machine and none of the staff was helpful or even seemed to care if I got it back. Second.. they closed 2 pools for a private event which made the only pool very crowed. They closed the restroom that went with the private party pool and the lazy River closed their restroom at 5:00. Left all the people in the only 1 pool no where to use a bathroom other than inside the resort Third.. prices are just ridiculous- down right rip off and then fees for everything on top of already insane prices.

I downloaded the app to pre-check in and it didn’t work. I was supposed to be able to scan at a kiosk and get keys upon arrival and this didn’t work. Had to stand in long and slow moving line. Also, unable to check out in room on TV or scan the QR code in lobby - so again, had to stand in long line to check-out. This part is very frustrating when you are tired upon arrival and leaving. The staff gave some BS excuse about the Internet not working well and another said - they never work. They should remove these as possibilities just to lower expectation of speedy check in and check out. Just be honest and say it’s going to make your mind numb with the amount of wait time. That way you are prepared for it….
