Not a great area. Walking distance to downtown.

Hotel is more like a Motel status. Not in a very good area. Bathrooms are locked in small casino to prevent the homeless from using them. Room was ok. No amenities in room. Was too expensive for area and quality.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to UNLV and affordable. I was hoping when I first saw this hotel that this wasn't a you pay for what you get and that's exactly what it was. My daughters sheets had ashes on them and we were supposed to be in a smoke free room. The worst thing is having to sleep in a room that has bugs and when I checked out and let the front desk(Ricky I think was his name) know that there were roaches, he said its very common he has worked at two other hotels that have roaches/water bugs. I don't think that is an acceptable answer! I could barley get the door open and shut the guest that was staying in the room next to me had to help me. I have stayed in a lot of hotels that are nosey especially in Vegas but you can hear every single sound coming from upstairs all the creeks and people having to slam there doors shut. Get ready for a unrestful night!

Toilet never fully flushed. They poured hot water down the toilet, but I suspected they already knew. It helped, but by the time we checked out, it didn't want to fully flush again. Room was clean, but had a lot of wear and tear. It was very dated as well. But, for location and price, we got what we thought we would get (minus the toilet). So no real complaints, as we knew what we were getting.

Not bad… but not great

The casino was very small with very few machines. The rooms were good size but the bathroom was very tiny. The tv was very small. There was no elevators, only stairs. The room was smoking, but no ashtrays. It wasn’t bad, but definitely not what I expected. Reminded me of a budget suites/ Siegel suites.

There was busted glass right in front of the door to the room. I had to hop over it to get in the room. I informed the front desk, who said she would send someone to clean it up. No one showed up to clear the glass. The next day I hopped over the glass again then left their facilities.

My go to budget place

I've came to many budget hotels in Las Vegas for work, and man, this is the most comfortable one for the money. Staff is super nice and the space is more open which is nice. I wish they had a microwave though, and I wish they could have some food 24/7, but that's just being picky. If you need a place to sleep at a decent price, this is my favorite.
