Was good for the amount of time we were there and for being last minute. The parking was good and so was the location. Pretty sure there were boogers on the walls in our hotel room, but other than that everything was decently cleaned. Some things were more clean than others.

The staff was great. Food and drinks during two happy hours was fantastic. Just really nice big room, mini fridge, great beds. No frills but very walkable to convention center.

No cleaning service, no kitchen appliances
We had a business trip and booked a 4 day stay based on the photos. The photos were amazing way different from reality. The photos had coffee maker although there were none offered even when we called the reception. During our stay the room was not even once cleaned. The mere were no shampoos and the iron rack cover was very dirty, which I have attached the photo of. The next doors TV was on with loud volume till 6-7 in the morning with no action from the hotel staff. If this was waay cheaper than other hotels around then it’s understandable to have lower quality and can’t expect good service but when you look at the rates of hotels around that area, they have similar rates (or at least near this) yet provide high quality services, some are even big brands like Embassy by Hilton.

They charged us $194 for property damage when we didn’t take anything with us and left the hotel as is.. they couldn’t let us check in earlier and left us waiting for 6 hours and the worst service ever!!! Don’t book this hotel they will steal your money!!!

Internet didn't work well during my stay
I chose this hotel because it is ideally located a couple blocks from the Las Vegas Convention Center. First thing I noticed is that everything is old. The couch seems dirty as well. What was more frustrating is that Internet in my room only worked 20% of the time I spent there. Being a customer doesn't give any rights there.

The hotel is just old and run down. We had a non-smoking room, that was just rank with smoke smells. We reserved a double queen bed room, but were only given 1 bed and a couch... and the couch shape was a bit curved, so even my little one had a hard time stretching out. It was only for one night, and I know that you get what you pay for, so buyer beware... you get what you pay for.
