It is very clean. The place smells wonderful. The staff members were always friendly and welcoming. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. The only things I would add are more vegan options at the restaurant.

So would’ve given 5 stars across the board but two things. We bought milk from the hotel store and it was rotten made us sick and we were super bummed that the river pool wasn’t open even though that’s one of the reasons why we booked. Otherwise than those two things it was an amazing hotel to stay at.

Room was nice. The hot tub was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. The game room was over priced and small. The staff was not helpful once you turned them down about the timeshare. Couldn’t find a cart for bags. The bell guy had one I offered to give him money if we could use it. He was rude and said no.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I travel a lot. (70+ flights in 2025) I was very impressed with the resort. I wanted something a bit quieter than the strip and so it was convenient. All the staff was friendly, they all went out of the way to get you what you needed. It was clean, the rooms were huge, pools everywhere and some amazing cats hanging around the gardens. I’m going to stay here every time I stay! I loved it. 10/10.
