The rooms are so nice! Very family friendly. We weren't able to experience the lazy river due to renovations. Communication was sub par. Check in was at 4. We didn't receive a call until 6 o'clock to let us know that only HALF of our room was ready. Had to call back another hour and a half later to find out if the rest was ready. Would not recommend for customer service experience. Would recommend for clean, large, good quality rooms. Especially for Las Vegas!

We arrived at 4:00 pm trying to check in with a toddler and an 8 year old and was told no rooms available until 6:00 pm after being up at 6:00 am it was an inconvenience for my family. Sheets were not clean on the bed or the sofa bed they looked wrinkled and used. Our skin itched all night and I did not have the energy to deal with the rude front desk staff. I bought some groceries and asked for help Carrying them to my room, the front desk staff says, “the bell was gone for the night” after sitting in the lobby trying to figure how to get to the room, I saw a gentleman who just happened to be the bellman and asked him for help. Not good service or communication at the front desk. I did request a room close to the lobby, we ended up with one all the way in the back area which was a lot of walking for my handicap, not to mentioned they gave me a room all the way down the walkway. Not good. I Would not stay there again! I presumed the people with timeshares get better treatment.

I really liked the pool and hot tub area. It made me feel like I was really in Tahiti. Other than that, the room was okay, however, it smelled really weird. Overall, I would rate my stay an 7.8/10.

Chaos

At check out Maria told me that tower 5 had no hot water so I asked to be moved before assigning a room. She didn’t and insisted that the hot water should be resolved soon- to just run the hot water for 20 minutes and it should be fine. She proceeded to give me a room in tower 5. It was a lie, water was in fact cold. I went back again to change rooms. Scrambling to find me a room with hot water, because it was very chaotic (a lot of people from tower 5 wanted a new room) I was given a room in tower 1. My room was downgraded, outdated and WiFi very very spotty and tv was always buffering. In all honesty, if they would have gave me a discount to stay in the room that was not to hotel standards for hot water: I would have considered it, to keep an updated room with balcony. It would of helped them as well, with the chaos they had at check-in if they started offering discounts. I did enjoy the shuttle to the Vegas strip and my daughter enjoyed their pool. Overall, 3/10 satisfied on my stay.

We had an amazing stay! Our two-bedroom suite was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including a full-size fridge. The suite also featured a washer and dryer, a large jet tub, and even a steam shower, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
