Convenient to other casinos off strip but was very disappointed in housekeeping even after we put our sign out for housekkeeping never got beds made or clean towels until we talked to a manager. Then finally got clean towels but never picked up dirty ones

im filing a complaint tomorrow. The head of security called me a bad repugnant word of a mules rear end in front of other customers as i was trying to check out. Filing a complaint against him from the day before. I want my money back.
