The staff are amazing, very polite and knowledgeable. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I found the bed to be very hard and not at all comfortable. A better range of pillows would also be very helpful. The hotel is very well situated and I will no doubt stay there again when I next visit family. Hopefully next I might be able to have a softer mattress. I do suffer from joint pain and the hard mattress certainly didn't agree with me. Regards John Youd

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Quest apartments in Springfield central. Our room was clean & well equipped with the essentials. The room was quiet & very comfy. The location was great to visit a friend a short walk away. Also walkable to the Balistic Brewery. And very close for anyone wanting to visit the Mater Hospital.
