It was a very peaceful place to stay although the main road was right outside. As an overnight guest I found it a little inconvenient that there was no information booklet at hand for easy access to in-house services. Due to limited time to sort my affairs and reception closing at 7pm I felt I was the nuisance resident that kept racing back to reception to ask questions whilst I could! For instance, the 1 washing machine & 1dryer didn’t have an estimate of time for cycles on a sign anywhere in the laundry area and, with over 20 rooms, this would be of great benefit to the residents balancing work / life balance during their stay! The receptionist was always very accomodating and didn’t hesitate to assist me.

As I am sure you can appreciate, once Covid-19 was a part of our lives we had to remove the compendiums, notepads and pens from rooms to lessen the chance of the spread of bacteria etc. We find 1 x washing machine & 1 x dryer is quiet sufficient for guest use, with each machine cycle running the regular 20 mins as with all commercial machines, however we will take your feedback on board and perhaps add this to our laundry signage. I found with a 4WD the carparks were too small we ended up parking in the visitor carpark
