yes the apartment wasas the photo staff were very helpful. the location whilst on a retasil lot is very useful, as woolworths there plus a coffee shop a servo a car wash which is useful if you just drove 900kms. There is facilities to make your self something to eat of can walk to kallangur tavern. the unit even had an ironing board and iron.

Good for an overnight stay. Chairs in the room were in a bad state - uncomfortable because you were sitting on the springs. No stopper for the sink. No table or chairs to suit the counter to eat on.

I had booked this room for a visiting friend. The hotel did not look fancy on the outside, but the price was excellent. My friend was very happy since her room was recently refurbished and the bed very comfortable. The room was also very quiet so she got a great sleep.

This is the second time we have used this motel. It is in a good location for us when travelling back home after a long flight to have a break and leave refreshed in the morning. The rooms are well serviced with a reasonable size fridge, microwave , toaster, kettle and small coffee machine supplied with 2-4 pods, teabags etc.

We had arranged prior to our stay, a late check out of 1 o’clock. Originally told every half an hour was going to be $20 we declined that and said not to worry. We then got a call back soon after saying that he had spoken to his manager and she said it would be fine and n no charge. We were very appreciative. At about 10.10am someone banged at the door and said it’s time to check We explained the situation and thought that was the end of it. Within minutes we received a phone call asking if we paid. I explained again and was told we don’t do that. My husband was getting frustrated and she said okay. We were so upset we just left. The reason we requested a late check out was because our flight wasn’t until 8.30pm that night. If they don’t want to offer late check out that’s fine just don’t offer it and suggest we were making up a story

On the face of it an ordinary motel, but once inside, the rooms are well above average; modern and clean. The motel was ideally located for visiting relatives and we will definitely use it again the next time we are up in that part of QLD.

The owners and the staff are amazing very accommodating. I had a trailer on my land cruiser and they managed to accommodate me with easy. Can’t recommend here more if I could give 10 out of 5 I would.

I liked the fact the shopping centre was close by walking over for breakfast or anything you wanted to have in your room. The room was clean and comfortable and the Kallangur Tavern was opposite for dinner or a drink.
