Aircon in lounge couldn’t change, crockery and cutlery dirty, basin in bathroom cracked.four lights not working in lounge. We reported this but nothing done about it.

Tbe property is in a great location, easy walking distance to the main retail strip. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Very disappointed with our room, it was on the side of the building directly above the RSL so we had a beautiful view of the roof and the very loud air conditioning units and the kitchens extractors so we could smell cooking food all day. We could see the pier if we went to the balcony edge so we did have partial ocean views, the reception person was very to the point and after check in we where never spoken to again not very friendly.

We're very sorry to hear your room didn't provide the aspect you required. Many guests request to be situated on the southern side so they may have views of Redcliffe Jetty.

Great location, helpful staff. Noise level from the side we were in was significant from the RSL club next door from their delivery trucks, workmen arriving and noise from their air conditioners was significant.
