Property badly needs a revamp. Front door is locked at aapprox 7.30pm then only access is via stairs at the rear of the building which involves walking past smelly over flowing rubbish bins. Not sure how you access if you can't handle walking up stairs as lift access to foyer is turned off and all access to foyer is locked. In the evenings there is constant slamming doors and kids running up and down corridor playing and crying. Definitely won't be back anytime soon!

Dear Nerida. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Each guest that checks in, we explain that our reception area is locked from a particular time. Any guest that needs after hours access calls our on site manager, who will open the reception for them. Most times a guest will inform us when booking that they may need after hours access which we are more than happy to comply. We apologise for the childrens behaviour, most are excited they are on holiday at a hotel. Once again thank you for taking time to submit your feedback. We wish you the very best.

IF you are looking for a quiet stay, DO NOT stay here. Kids running along corridors from as early as 5.30 am. People with loud tv's and their doors open, parties in rooms. I had to go and buy ear plugs to get some sleep. The actual room was clean and a great size. The receptionist is simply beautiful and offered brilliant cus

Good location in the Redlands Coast, close to transport, restaurants and attractions. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable
