To whom it may concern, I had a booking last night for Ethan Barden, we were meant to stay in room 1 when we arrived to the room last night, there was a number of issues that we recorded and took photos of. We were concerned about our kids and our safety and left and put the keys back in the return box. 1. The door didn't close properly, we had to slam it to get it to shut. 2. There was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom 3. The toilet paper had not been changed from the last people that had stayed there was half a roll missing. 4. There was no smoke detector in the ceiling. 5. The draw handle was broken and sticking out. 6. The aircon did not blow cold air and was burnt. 7. The window was broken from end to end with multiple cracks and was a major hazard for our 2 year old. 8. There was rubbish all under the main bed. 9. There was a boarded up window behind the bed head in the separate room. 10. The bathroom smelt like sewerage. 11. There was rat poo in the draw beside the main bed. 12. The light didn't work in the spare room. With that all being said I would like a refund for the night that was booked. It was not safe for us or our children that were on the booking. Regards, Ethan.

Its a great place to stay, although be prepared for noise of traffic, I live in rural qld no noise at night. Such a large room, beds were very comfortable Receptionist was very attentive

The Motel was in poor condition. Old amenities, mold in shower, no proper mirror on a wall (only tiny standing one). The wall so thin I could hear smoking alarm several times during night from next room. Avoid this place at all costs.
