Absolutely awful. The shower dripped all day and night and the toilet took two times to flush properly and the sink didn’t drain cleanly. That’s just the bathroom part. The bed was so hard I actually hurt my shoulders laying on it. I almost slept maybe once the first night only to wake up to the vent falling down in the middle of the night because it’s held together by magnets. As for sleeping the other nights well the draft from the window was so strong and cold all night I had to stay in my sweatshirt and pants all night long.

Upon check-in the tv did not work and a window shade fell to the floor. Maintenance fixed both The shower only had scalding hot water and could not be adjusted to put out cold water and the shower hand sprayer did not work at all.

The staff was very nice and always helpful if my sister or I had questions. They responded quickly when our refrigerator wasn't working and the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. What we didn't like was all the city traffic noise and sirens, but that is not the hotels fault.
