This was our first time and we can't wait to come back. We saw a broadway show and it was literally across the street from the hotel. The bartenders were great. The housekeeping ladies were so happy and accommodating. We had our 6yo old son with us and it really couldn't have been a better experience.

The room was great, the gym very well equipped. Some machines were missing in my opinion, but for a hotel gym on Times Square, it was great. The check in staff was a little rough around the edges, but she did her job, even if I was missing a certain warmth or feeling of being welcome. Ruth from the Broadway lounge was an excellent host and she went the extra mile on my birthday. I already tipped her generously, but please keep her in mind for any promotions or letters of recommendation, she was the pinnacle of service.
