The room was traditional (not modern) but clean and with a good view. The coffee pot was hidden and we didn’t find it until the second day. The bed wa comfortable.

Disappointed I should probably have done more research. This is a convention hotel, so the lines to check in was packed, all first floors were crowded of convention people, elevators take forever because of the convention, downstairs restaurants food was very expensive and regular, room looked so corporate and just blah for what we paid. Great location but I’ll never stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located on Times Square. Everything was walkable! Excellent location. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. The food (and the view!) at the View restaurant was superb. Pricing is competitive so try to book early to get a good deal, and always ask for an upgrade. They will try their best (and they did!) to accommodate your request. Highly recommend staying here when visiting New York!

Location is great for those going to broadway/ Times Square. Biggest issue is that there isn’t enough elevators.
