Excellent location. We've stayed at Grand Central and now Times Square, and prefer Times Square - the access to subways is better. We were on 26th floor facing 45th and the noise from the street didn't bother us. Clean room. Went Thanksgiving week and the staff did a great job getting people in and out - especially after the parade. Would definitely stay here again.

It was just so expensive-especially the food. Charged $40 a day activity fee that could be applied to food in their restaurants but the food was so expensive - even for breakfast. Also disappointed they did not have robes in the room. Finally got robes the last night we were there!

The room was perfect and the view was amazing!! Hotel staff was excellent, everyone greeting you, nice and friendly also very helpful. Juan from guest services was awesome, helped us with our bags when we checked in and even when we checked out. I will definitely be returning, my family and I enjoyed the entire experience!
