The people attending at the Market was so rude, nasty gross,with 0 courtesy and unprofessional all of them ,day and night.they should be removed from that position.this experience did no meet the standards I expected from the Hyatt,I’am a professional pilot traveling from eastbound to the coast of California and S to N every day and joining a mayor hotel brand such as Marriot ,Hilton and I never had a bad experience like this ,I believe will be appropriate to write an email to the Hyatt GM to mention all this issues,appreciate your review of this matter and any resolution your consider appropriate. Room service very good ! Front desk *** Hotel resort fee ridiculous $49 @ night no other Hotel in NYC charge that, hidden in my purchase contract with Expedia .they should tell me about it and I take my final decision pretty bad surprise at the end of my stay,hope Expedia review it to be continued as a client.

This hotel had the perfect location. Comfortable room. The $15 daily allowance at Market is a nice touch. Beautiful Xmas decorations in lobby. Nice hotel gym.

Stayed in the premium suite during week of New Year’s Eve. Huge suite. Lovely view. Pristine conditions of the room. Though it had a fridge, coffee maker, and place to store wine, it the suite absolutely should have had a sink and a couple sets of utensils as well as plates. The staff,from the valet to the front desk to Houskeeping to the engineer, were nothing short of AMAZING. An incredible experience for my guest and I.

We were travelling as a four. Two children. When we are arrived we were told that there was no double rooms and that they only had single rooms available. Basically told to like it or cancel the reservation. They said Expedia had overbooked. Check-in staff were rude and unhelpful. Had to complain to the manager to get any type of resolution of the issue.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. While the check-in staff was pleasant, our overall experience was disappointing. Our room was not ready until 6:00 p.m., and we were given no prior notice or accommodations for the delay. When we finally accessed the room, it had not been properly cleaned and was missing furniture. We contacted the front desk to request a different room, but were told the hotel was sold out. Additionally, we were charged extra fees despite not using any additional services, which was frustrating and unclear. The hotel’s location is ideal, especially for first-time visitors to New York City. However, Hyatt needs to significantly improve its hospitality, service, and professionalism. I paid a considerable amount of money to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we did not receive the level of service or experience we paid for or expected.

Historic hotel, so small rooms. Tiny tiny bathroom. Loud 24 hours a day (it’s New York!). Really busy; unfriendly staff. Great location though.

Clean and Vibrant atmosphere. All the staff were great, seriously- there were easily 10 different employees who were all welcoming and rocking their "A" hosting game! It was so busy that it was impressive.

Everything was perfect clean and friendly staff beautiful hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The only thing bad was that our hot water would run out after the 2nd person took a shower. And our room was reserved for 4 people.

I will start by saying that everything else about this hotel was excellent. Location was perfect for our plans in the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I booked two rooms for three people each, and chose rooms with one bed and a sofa. I assumed that the sofa was a sofa bed, or large enough to sleep on because the room was supposed to accommodate three people. The sofa was very short and narrow, not ideal for sleeping. My adult sons, one in each room, ended up sleeping on the floor. The hotel tried to accommodate us, but they had no more rooms with two beds and were also out of roll away cots. Also, minor note: the staff in the market place was very rude!
