"I cannot recommend The Artezen Hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The hotel’s aesthetics are modern and stylish, and the room decor was both chic and incredibly comfortable. It was spotless throughout my stay. Despite being in a central FiDi location, the room was remarkably quiet and provided a peaceful retreat. Truly an exceptional experience, I will absolutely stay here again."

Very clean, comfy bed, great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to subway, food and drinks locations, 9/11 museum and Brooklyn Bridge. Only downside drinks in bar are expensive and have to book a table rather than drop in. Would recommend.

It’s a bit of a mixed picture: great hotel, rooms are fine, modern bathrooms, nice enclosed rooftop bar, and most importantly, friendly group of staff members. Unfortunately, at check-in no one bothered to explain the amenities. Guests pay a daily fee for amenities like coffee, water, snacks, none of which I touched during my stay. $50 for nothing. Not so cool, my friends.
