I had a bad experience here. I booked a last minute room as I needed a quiet space to study and practice for an interview.
Unfortunately, it was not quiet whatsoever and was super noisy. I checked in at 4pm, and the people next door to me were having what sounded like a huge gathering or party. I called down and explained the issue and asked if it was too late to leave and cancel my booking - the front desk said it's too late for a refund but that he'd send up security to check on the issue. After about an hour, it was quiet enough that I could do some work.
Around 11 I was getting ready for bed and noticed the sound of someone stomping on heels in the unit nonstop on the other side of me, as well as sounds of people talking and sneezing. This place is so not soundproofed whatsoever. Wood floors are a bad idea when people are walking around and there's thin walls. The floors should at minimum be carpeted. I was not able to sleep because of the constant noise.
On top of that, there were a couple of hairs in my bed and the bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired so I wasn't super happy with the room itself.
I ended up sleeping somewhere else so I didn't even utilize my stay. I called to check out and the front desk was very apologetic after hearing that I could not sleep there but that was about it. I wish I could be refunded as this place is nothing like a hotel.
