Great location- that’s really it. The property is in a great location- but it’s truly dated, AC super noisy, poor housekeeping, staff not very friendly. I felt judged for booking thru Expedia, third party vendor as they stated, instead of Bonvoy- even though I’m a Bonvoy member. Disappointing.

I liked the hotel. The staff is generally very good we had a check in 02:00 pm .Well thank them they without extra money checked in 8 hours earlier. Near the hotel was a lot of restaurants beautiful places where you could walk the only minus in the hotel was not a restaurant.

The are working on the lobby and first floor of the hotel so no real restaurant and the club level amenities are in a cold drafty ball room. Definitely not appropriate for the cost of the hotel
