The housekeeping staff was a highlight. The rooms were definitely clean, but the condition of the building and rooms wasn’t comparable to most 4-star hotels. That was my only complaint, but not a dealbreaker. The hotel was still lovely and in a solid location. I would probably stay again, but perhaps with slightly recalibrated expectations.

Rooms were clean, showers hot and beds comfy. However rooms were not that quiet - lots of noise from street - traffic, sirens etc.And from neighbouring rooms - no sound proofing! Also tip - if you want a quieter room ask for one located away from lift shaft and ice mavhines! No tea and coffee making facilities in room was a bit poor.

The only negative thing I will say is that it is LOUD. There is a ton of street noise, petticabs with music blaring and sirens, etc. And the rooms themselves have thin walls so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. That being said, the hotel was beautiful, the hotel bar is swanky, staff was super nice, beds and pillows were super comfy, shampoo smelled heavenly and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again as I am not bothered by the city noise.
