Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there was a fridge in the room but that didn't negatively affect our stay. Breakfast was a bit confusing. When you book it says included but when you arrive they give your a good voucher up to a certain amount and you have to cover the rest of the bill. The Rum house is a great place to grab a drink. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I can't believe we had such an awesome experience for such an affordable price! The art deco atmosphere was so fun - the room and the lobby were comfortable and clean, and so many little early 20th century details! The staff was friendly, approachable and so helpful! The location was absolutely perfect! We were in the city for just one night for Hadestown at the Walter Kerr Theater just one block over. Rounded out with meals at Friedmann's IN THE HOTEL for dinner at Gayle's Broadway Rose (check it out!) and an almost fully complimentary breakfast (we left a tip 😋), I will recommend Hotel Edison on 47th to EVERYONE!!

The front desk and housekeeping staff are excellent here. The manager even went above and beyond for surprising my 16 year old daughter for her birthday with soft chocolate chip cookies and chips in the room (and a bottle of wine for the parents ofc). The only real complaint would be the size of the standard two queen rooms as they were a bit on the small size and the water pressure for the showers, which was pretty much non-existent after 9am.

Hotel Edison is perfectly located right in Times Square, making everything walkable and convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the busy area. Friendly staff and a classic Art Deco vibe made the stay even better. Would definitely stay again.

Always a pleasure every time me and my wife get to come to New York City! Hotel Edison from day one always presented us with a good time and good vibes. This is our home away from home so much amenity that the hotel offer as well as around the hotel can’t never go wrong.
