The room was ok, some cupboard were alittle worn (in the bathroom), the air cond did not work in the first room we were in so we moved on the second day, the carparking for a big place the the trilogy is discussing.

The service was terrible they watched as we struggled with our luggage to our room no help at all for my 80 year old mother. The rooms stunk of mould so did the lift the hallway to our room. The bathrooms had mould in them the blankets smelt all mouldy. The outside balcony was also full of mould with broken chairs unable sit on. The cushions on the bed and lounge stunk of body odour and unusable. Our rooms were not serviced or cleaned daily at all. Any towels or toilet roll were not brought up to our room we had to ask for them at the reception desk. They then frowned upon us when we asked for two toilet rolls as we had two toilets. We had leave as we had family emergency the girl at the desk was rude and said she could nt help us we had to ring WOTIF no sorry to hear you have to leave us just a dirty look. I will never stay here again it was apalling.

The pool and surrounds were lovely and well cared for. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was small and wasn’t that clean, especially the bathroom area seemed like it needed a good scrub.
