Requested on the booking for a sofa bed, there was no sofa bed. However when I contacted them they promptly brought up a rollaway bed. Requested extra towels , they delivered almost immediately. Very pleased and will stay with them again. 10/10

Nice new hotel, but not very practical. Eg no power points near the bed for devices, only one very small bedside table on one side, not even close to the bed. Also the hallways have a bit of a bad odour

Always a great stay here, have stayed here many times for work. Although this last stay they have removed in room dining which I’m not pleased about & there are virtually no in hotel places to eat apart from the overpriced steak restaurant.
