Parking Garage was full and stank of rubbish, room stank of vomit, they charged $50 to our credit card but didn’t email us a receipt to tell us what the charge was for and won’t answer the phone (multiple phone calls) to tell us what the charge is for.

Overall nice place, excellent location in the middle of all the restaurants and cafes.The problem is this company refuses to take cash, perhaps they don't trust their stuff.When choosing next hotel I think you should give preference to company that take all type of payment and don't discriminate to people who don't have a card,at the end cash is a legal tender in Australia and should be accepted everywhere.

Close proximity to the bay bay. Lots of places to eat. Hotel had two rooms, kitchens, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a safe. Huge wraparound balcony, with a great view. Friendly staff.

Rooms have everything you need and reception is helpful. Make sure you are not put on a lower floor as the street outlook wasn’t the best and it was quite noisy. Also note that some of the rooms don’t have balconies or any type of outlook, some of the rooms face internal at the reception? which wasn’t the best first impression or what I was expecting. ended up paying more for a balcony facing a noisy street with no real outlook also on the first floor. Pool isn’t the best and bar was closed at 10pm on a Friday night. Good place to stay for a room and plan to be somewhere else most of the time.
