We had another fantastic stay at Jack & Newells in a 3 br water view apartment. We love the location and the view from the balcony. The apartments are very nicely set out and there is plenty of room for everybody. The staff are very friendly and we hope to be back soon.

We recently stayed in three bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. It was amazing! The apartment was huge, it was immaculately cleaned and the view was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was super convenient, minute walk to the marina and town centre. I would definitely take my family to stay there again. Highly recommend

Pros: We liked the size of the apartment, the views and the position. We also liked that it was very clean and well maintained.
Cons: More comfortable beds.
Location: Close to the centre of Cairns. A bar and restaurant across the road and a pub next door.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, well maintained and appointed. The apartment is only serviced once a week but there were enough products to get us through the week. We had a nice view of the river and were within walking distance of the centre of Cairns. The one downside of the apartment was that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

3 bed apartment close to everything Cairns

Spacious and secure fully self contained apartment close to everything with a great hotel manager Mark. This was our fourth yearly stay and will continue our time in Cairns and continue to recommend these apartments.

Comfortable, with a great location.

We were delighted to stay here. Clean and spacious, so close to everything on The Esplanade.

Excellent service from Kath!

Pros: Everything, location, venue and top service!
Cons: none!
One of our guests realized she forgot her light jacket at the apartment when arriving at the airport. Contacted Kath at the reception and she found the jacket herself when the cleaning staff could not find it 1st time. She then arranged a taxi to collect and deliver it to the airport to us as per request. That is a 5-star service! Very friendly and helpful.

Amazing apartment on the wharf

We were on the 10th floor & had an amazing view. The apartment was incedibly spacious & had 2 bathrooms plus an extra separate toilet. Supermarkets & restaurants were all within easy walking distance as was The Logoon & children's play parks. Manager Mark & Kat on reception were very knowledgeable about which trips would suit us & our 3 children & helped us book them. Pool towels were provided for the duration of our stay. We would love to stay here again & wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are ever back in Cairns.

Convenient to town and restaurants. Short stroll.

Pros: Close to town and restaurants. Great amenities. Fab staff.
Cons: Our apartment required a new toaster and there could be a safety check done on the oven switch.
Location: Wharf street is close to town, train station, waterfront, shops, restaurants, the casino and you can be picked up at this location for day trips etc.
We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was appropriate for our families needs. The balcony was large enough and outdoor furniture comfortable. Nice view over the water. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Kat at the front desk arranged all our outings for us, we gave her a list of places and days and she organized everything without a hitch. THANKS. Amenities in apartment ie: washing machine and dryer were great. Beds were comfortable and linen fresh. Towels fluffy. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. The toaster was a bit 'dickie' as in the lowering lever was broken and it took forever to cook the bread. The switch to turn the oven on was also 'dickie' it was 'loose' in the wall (electric oven) and I thought it was a bit of a danger. These couple of things are no reflection on the whole apartment and we also didn't even get a chance to tell the managers about these couple of things. Our adult children enjoyed the gym and pool. All round a good place close to town and restaurants and waterfront.

Lovely apartment, close to shops and attractions.

Location: Wharf for all reef activities was a short walk. Shops for food and other attractions were also close by.
Excellent apartment, very spacious, excellent view from balcony. Could not have been better. We had a family of four and grandparents sharing the apartment.
