Infortunately my door handle was a little tricky getting in every time i left the room and there was a constant dripping sound from the bathroom although there was no dripping taps. I reported the door but not the bathroom as there were no maintenance on weekends.

This property is very rundown and poorly maintained. The shower floor flooded each time we used the shower and the floor was also very slippery. Poor staff service - promised maintenance did not occur and promised additional linen was not delivered. Doors being opened and closed in nearby units was very loud - our doors stuck badly

The Mantra on the Esplanade is very nice, everything was lovely, Staff were very nice. The only thing they don’t come to your room to freshen it up or refill the coffee etc. we were there for 5 days and no one came
