Great location opposite the esplanade, very clean and well equipped apartment, and well maintained, friendly reception staff. Daily service to the apartment. A topper on the beds would be more comfortable, they were a little hard but ok. Our apartment was on the ground floor and you could hear some noise from the upper apartment. Mobile reception was not great.

Nice pace.but super sketchy Wi-Fi connectio

Beautiful place,BUT, WIFI connection was terrible. Would give 5 stars except, as travelers from another country, we rely on WiFi connection to communicate. In this day and age, there is no excuse not to have stronger WiFi connection. Literally could not access anything in the evening hours. Really need to get that fixed.

Great location easy walkable to distance to everything you may need. Communication was great and helpful. Only issue was we could hear others moving stuff around and doing stuff now and again. Car parking space was a bit of a struggle, but worked it out.

Spacious and clean apartment, only critique is the pool area. Pool is way too deep especially if you have young children. Pool doesn’t state how deep it is. If you don’t know how to swim you’re definitely drowning. However the pool in the hotel next door is great to swing past by with food and drinks.

Overall experience was great. The room is clean and fully equipped. It would be a perfect stay till checkout. We need to store the luggage after our checkout to catch a later flight. We were offered to store the luggage in the fitness room. The only issue is the male staff member is not pleasant to deal with and did not show any willingness to help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and helpful, the location was ideal, we had a 3 bedroom apartment and had a ton of room. There were a few repairs needed to some minor things around the unit but nothing that affected our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, great value for money.
