It is with despondency that I read your review of the standard of housekeeping and checking procedures in my hotel; however, I am certainly glad you brought the issues to my attention so that I can conduct further training & implement additional quality assurance checks. Whilst I am unable to personally inspect all rooms prior to check in, I certainly do require a detailed checklist of all turned over rooms to be completed, so I will thoroughly investigate how my system failed on this occasion. I do take pride in offering to my guests a clean, comfortable & pleasant environment in which to relax while staying at Piermonde & do hope that you will give me the opportunity to showcase this to you on your next stay.Once again, thank you for your review, however please be assured that the difficulties you experienced with Housekeeping and the Check in procedure as this is certainly not reflective of our usual high standards.
