We liked the apartment we had and the general facilities however the things we didn’t like was the occupants that live in an apartment that overlooks the spa due to their disturbing and aggressive behaviour with our kids while they were in the spa and the second issue was there were renovation works taking place in the adjoining apartment early mornings (approx 7am) on several occasions that reception couldn’t confirm were approved or would be addressed on our behalf. I believe the issues we had were created by owner occupiers of several apartments as this resort is strata titled meaning each apartment is individually owned. We were not aware of that when booking.

Very friendly staff and hotel is clean.. Unfortunately the hotel room was run down BAD!! Walls and ceiling in need of a paint job, water stains and even hole in plaster. Couch has stains all over it.. It claimed to be a two bedroom but was a one bedroom with a two meter by two meter dungeon, closed off by glass doors! Do not hire the two bedroom room if you have kids.. the bed just fits in it.. Hotel is beautiful but very shame the room was run down BAD! Plenty other hotels with much better rooms for the price you pay!! Stay away!!

Beautiful entry and pool area, across the road from the beach and close to Palm Cove restaurants. Easy check in and convenient parking. Enjoyed the room balcony overlooking the pool area. Room was really clean with two exceptions - dirty dishes in cupboard (probably because the supplied dishwashing powder doesn't clean well), and aircon vents need a good maintenance clean.

We enjoyed our stay, so close to everything. As we had a hire car we were able to drive to Kuranda and surrounds. Would recommend.

Great location and wonderful pool area. Rooms are individually owned and variable standard, ours was old, tired, run down. No single beds in family room.
