The property is old and poorly maintained, not at all like the pictures. We booked an apartment and when we arrived we were told it was not available, instead we were in two standard rooms with extra beds squeezed in.

Photos of rooms had been photoshopped. We had people yelling and swearing loudly. Only good about it was the location. We didn’t get much sleep. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The cost was reasonable for what you got but the property was a bit "tired" and somewhat dated. For example, in our unit instead of a shower cubicle there was a raised "step-over" in a corner next to the entry door to the bath room with a shower curtain on two sides. For safety reasons there should have been a grab rail to assist stepping over the wall and onto the inevitably wet tile floor. There were a few areas of unfinished surfaces around an otherwise well-kept yard. Although it is small, a delightful pool and spar area surrounded by palms and other interesting vegetation was the gem of the property. On-site parking was an advertised feature of the establishment but it was somewhat restricted and somewhat difficult to navigate. Luckily we were able to park close to our unit each time we returned but some guests returning or arriving later were required to park on Sheridan Street. In summary, we got what we paid for and because we spent most of our time sightseeing, we would stay here again with no expectation of salubrious surroundings.
