We booked and paid $145 including the parking into the Cairns Sunland Leisure Park on the Thu, 6 Mar the Deluxe Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Non Smoking, Kitchen (FAMILY DELUXE VILLAS).(Itinerary # 73047841118681) We understand your cancellation policy but having walked into this unit all we can say is that it was the most disgusting place we have ever been in. The unit was absolutely FILTHY from a dirty greasy kitchen area, the lounge area you wouldn't let your dog sit on and the bedrooms we even worse with long black hair all over the beds. We returned to the front office and explained how filthy the unit was and asked for a full refund but was told that because it was booked through Wotif they would not refund and was not even offered to have it cleaned. In good faith from your company we would like a full refund. This is the only place where we wiped our feet when we left.

Cabins are run down. Front doors are rotten. Inside the cabins smelt like rotten timber. Sink clogged. The whole park needs renovation. The condition of the cabin and prices they are charging is appalling
