We loved our stay at the Pullman. We were in one of the older rooms so was a little outdated but still fine. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were so friendly and lovely to deal with. The pool and spa area were great. We spent a lot of time there. We had a late flight so they held our bags and gave us a key to use the pool and showers for the day at no extra charge, so we were very thankful for their kind service.

Absolutely perfect holiday experience. Needing a few days respite, the Pullman International hit all the marks for an extra lavish experience. Great location with incredible views and plenty to see and do all within walking distance. Our room was a classic room and had the above mentioned view which left us speechless with how beautiful it was. High standards of comfort. Peaceful and cool. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, so a big thank you to them. All in all, the next time I can get back to FNQ, the Pullman International in Cairns would be necessary part of the travels. A Must!

The foyer area is beautiful. Rooms are well sized with beautiful views. Our room was quite dated though.
