Nice hotel, not the best location, especially having to walk past the hospital at night. Would have been nice to have the bar open after 10pm in the evening. Staff were attentive to maintenance issues raised and were keen to offer compensation in the form of free services.

It’s a nice hotel - a bit out of town which can make it inconvenient for trips into the CBD - but on the other hand it is quite nice to be away from the city as cairns can be a little intense/ confronting at night - particularly for families.

We felt the room and facilities were adequate for a night stay, but were surprised the 'spa' pool was not heated, which may be fine in the summer but not what we expected. The restaurant was adequate but limited. The outlook from our room was lovely.

The staff and location was amazing. The room let the place down a little. Well due for a make over. Bathroom was satisfactory. But I won’t let that ruin a great place to stay. Pool maybe should be heated this time a year. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. We had a lovely time Thankyou
