I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square South! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Times Square, Broadway, and multiple subway lines, making it perfect for exploring the city. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, but I have to give a special shoutout to the waffle guy at breakfast—he was fantastic! Not only did he keep things running smoothly, but he added a cheerful and personal touch that made mornings something to look forward to. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of Manhattan. All in all, this hotel offers great value, a warm atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!

Delayed response to guest’s needs

It was ok. The clothes iron didn’t work and I had an 8pm appointment. I called the front desk and requested one after 7. I ended up being late trying to wait for it…still hadn’t arrived when I left after 8. After 8:30 maybe 9 when I was already out is when I got a message that one was going to be brought up, I let them know I didn’t need it anymore but someone came and left one on my suitcase anyway.

It was okay, we were a little bit sad when it comes to housekeeping. We asked for new sheets many times, but each time, when we came back to the room we still have the same dirty sheets. The ac needs to be changed, when cooling the room, the room gets very humid

Only 2 elevator (6 pax) for 32 floor. Had to wait more than 5 mins everytime to go up and down during peak hour. Room phone was not working. Other than that, it's very conveniently located near times square. Close to subway and buses.
