Fantastic location, clean and tidy hotel with an amazing breakfast and huge shout out to the waffle man who ensured no one missed out!! Even though it was extremely busy this time of year the staff went above and beyond to help throughout our whole stay. Would recommend for good location for sight seeing thank you

Cesar & Victoria in the dining area for breakfast were absolutely awesome. Victoria works her backside off & on the 24th when Cesar was off for the day she so busy and was running around everywhere trying to do everything on her own. Cesar this man goes above & beyond. So hospitable & so bubbly personality. Also he is the waffle master. We are from Australia & would definitely recommend Hampton inn

2 elevators and 1 of them not working, huge lineup to take elevator, not convenient at all since we were on high floor, and elevator was not fixed during our stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room had multiple maintenance issues, including a shower that didn't drain, a towel bar that fell off the wall, and a bathroom door that didn't close enough to be locked. The elevator sometimes required a long wait, though no worse than a typical NYC hotel. Seems like the owners aren't spending enough on maintenance for what would otherwise be a very nice hotel.
