Staff very rude with customers. We requested to be changed from the 15th floor to an 1-5 floor due to the elevator NOT working. Never responded back had to take the stairs. Rooms smell horrible, room phone inoperable, bathroom shower doors did not operate properly. Breakfast area was NOT kept clean ran out of food. Overall experience was HORRIBLE!!!

This is a 32 floor hotel. In 2022 I stayed at its North Times Square location which was good but it is closed now thats why I chose times square south location. This location is probably a 1 star or less. One of the two elevators was not working during entire stay. They were manually operating the other elevator; so if you had to come down lobby from room, you would need to call front desk. Imagine the situation at breakfast time, cant even begin to describe it Room no longer has kettles nor microwave which were present at the last location. The room size was also smaller compared to other location (for the same room type). Breakfast area can probably seat like 20 people at max at a time Only plus about this is the proximity to Times Square I would not recommend this hotel

Property is poorly run, sheets we got on our bed had hair, the elevator did not work, maids left their cart in front of our room for 2 days in a row, overall it was not a great stay, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room (with two double beds) wasn't available. The Indian guy who helped us told us they were going to give us a room with a king bed and would change us to a double the next day. That didn't happen, as he left notes, and the next day no one was aware of it. The elevators were out of service. One was controlled by an employee. I had to take the stairs down the 21 floors twice. I was restricted from going out because of the elevator situation.

Out of 4 days elevators did not work 3 days. Did not receive housekeeping due to elevator issues on one day. Front desk individual uncaring. Dirty underwear and food carton in stairwell.

Both elevators appeared to be broken on and off the entire stay and was incredibly frustrating. The needs for it kept changing and there didn't appear to be any effort to actually fix it. Sometimes we needed to call, sometimes they were manning it with a maintenance staff member, sometimes it would skip our floor multiple times while waiting for it. If our schedule hadn't been as flexible we surely would've missed out on quite a few things - as it was we were adding close to a half hour of "commute" pretty much every time we came or went. The room was fine, check-in took forever and desk staff didn't offer to help at any point even though they appeared available. Staff seemed overworked almost the entire stay. Breakfast was crowded but fine. I hope they can finally get a handle on their basic maintenance.

We loved the breakfast staff at this property. However, the cleanliness not great and the elevator was not functioning properly for 3 out of our 4 days. We were on the 25th floor and we waited one night 40 minutes for the elevator and missed out dinner reservations!

The staff was superb and very responsive. The only issue were the elevators. I was waiting for nearly 20 minites to get on. I had to message the manager to send one up to my floor everytime I wanted to go downstairs. They were responsive but this was a hassle. Multiple times I ended up walking down from the 23th floor.

Wonderful experience, walkable to Port Authority and times square metro station where you can go anywhere, definitely check out the nearby bars, Upstate Pizza shop was also great! Hotel Includes breakfast which is a huge PLUS. you might feel tight in rooms but this is NYC. overall 10/10
