Staff was wonderful very nice customer service very accommodating. The room was in a great area. Food was good at the room. The only issue is the water temperature didn’t get as hot nor the does th room temperature get very warm but both were manageable.

Overall the stay was ok. I’ve stayed at better Doubletrees in other cities so compared to others this one was below average. The rooms were small and the a/c didn’t work. Outside of that the staff was excellent. The hotel even held our bags after checkout.

The staff was very kind. The room, lobby and hallways were all clean. The street is somewhere dark in the area so it was hard to find the front door at first but once we knew, it was great. The cookies are still top notch.
