This is a nice 4 star resort with beautiful gardens and landscape. Multiple pools provide sufficient space for guests during off peak season. Water slides provided lots of fun for the kids.
The breakfast buffet was very nice with a good spread from continental, Indian and local choices, changed everyday. Quality of food is equivalent to a 4 star resort, with spread and variety almost comparable to a 5 star resort.
The gardens, pools and common area are nicely kept albeit dated, and staff friendly and helpful.
There's a small animal petting area which my kids loved, as well as daily activities to keep guests occupied.
And now the cons; the resort is dated and most of the buildings reflected so, with stained and weathered walls and tiles everywhere. The rooms are old with tiny TV (<32"?) compared to today's standards, with broken sound system in my room. The AC was old, loud and produced an incessant drone that affected our sleep. The shower did not have a constant supply of hot water so showers alternated between cold and warm every 30 seconds. There are a lot of ongoing upgrade works in the resort which can be a little noisy if you're staying in the resort during the day.
